welcome back to Bonanza disc golf today we are going to be doing another baguette or Bennett but for the new Iron Samurai 4. Eagle McMahon's new Signature Series md3 and I actually have another md3 from my first ma1 win that I've never thrown that we can compare it against to see how it flies versus just a normal mb3 so we're gonna be playing six holes here at Hilton Park heightsman optimist park in Pensacola Florida it's a nine hole we just filmed on the first six holes for a different video we're going to do the last three holes here that I've never seen before and then three more holes on the front nine and if I can't beat par with both of these discs I'm going to give the iron Samurai 4 away within the next three days to somebody that I meet on the disc golf course let's go ahead and get started here hole number seven 270 straight up this way perfect for a straight flying mid-range with a little bit of finish I'm going to start with the iron Samurai 4 and genuinely I've only ever thrown an md3 like three times I had one that I got in a players pack that I was testing out in my bag until I threw it into a canal in Boulder Colorado so if anyone found that with my number on it send it back to me this I think it looks like it's in the metaplastic feels really cool oh oh it's chroma plastic hmm it's a pretty solid first throw with the MD Trace I like that I'm wondering how the stability Compares this feels a little bit more pliable than the chroma plastic I think they're both max weight this one's 180 and they feel pretty similar this is just the c-line plastic and I hit a tree they're both flying pretty straight luckily we got five more holes to figure out how they fly there is one more disc that I'll probably throw a couple times to compare it with and that's actually my Lucid ice emac truce if these haven't sold out yet go snag one of the first runs they're not misstamped this is just a misstamped one we'll throw these on the next couple of holes just to see how they fly differently because it lucidized plastic should be a little more stable so I'm interested to see how it Compares I think we're just going to try a forehand anhyzer shot foreign little birdie start with the iron Samurai four and I'll just clean up over here actually this isn't quite a cleanup except when you're putting with mid sometimes I feel like I put better which doesn't make any sense and not in tournaments but sometimes for these videos putting with mids is easy I'm gonna let some people play through me let's actually go to a field and see how all three of these fly compared to one another because there's a big old soccer field here we do have a slight headwind but we're gonna see how these all fly I do have a range finder I'm guessing it's probably about 350 into that soccer goal nope short field 310 feet so we should be able to put all these in that soccer field I'm going to try to throw them all flat and see how they finish foreign did turn it a little bit for sure I forgot we have a headwind still got pretty far down there let's see if there's any stability difference in the chroma such a cool stamp look at this thing also turned it does seem like they're very similar see it even flies better than the other ones look at how much closer that's to go and how much farther it went it's not because there's no wind it's just it's just a better disc that's I don't make the rules dude I don't make the rules I'm gonna say my four now has the Box we could go forehand here or just straight backhand trust it and try to let it finish through something I think I kind of want to try that forehand line see how these old forehand torqued should be flat especially since it is a mid-range you're going to want to put it flat on that forehand line um yeah so the mids are definitely going to turn let me throw them on that forehand hit the Gap though you probably couldn't see that because I could barely see it but it just kept going md3 and then looks a nice emac maybe even slight hyzer too much hyzer oh way too far it's hard to throw this distance all right Lucid AC mattress get an early stroke that's the exact same as md3 why all right we got a lot of discs that we need to find we have the chroma over there they're all kind of around I just circle another nice big jump pot some windage too low thank you for hitting the cage that was gonna go forever because of all this pine straw oh thank you cage thank you cage 2o I'm wimping out on that went oh no I overwimped don't jump putt with mid-ranges Anthony okay you can jump out with mid ranges again glad to save par there I still need to get the md3 under par though on the hole number three which is hole number nine don't get confused all right hole nine is 300 feet and it's gonna be a really good test of how these discs hold turn I feel it's tough with that one tree there because I won't that's exactly the line I want to hit I'm gonna have to throw them turned and hard to stay turned there because there's really no other line except for straight maybe forehand but I don't want to I can't forehand the mid 300 feet all right four is still up we'll see how this holds turn just really got to miss that first tree otherwise we can be screwed I told you that's the line planes are laughing at me wow that does whole turn though that's the regular md3 that thing was not really coming out of it a little high oh Anthony I'm gonna try to actually go around the tree this one no no no no no no no no don't be dumb not enough turn at all kind of got through though luckily the one that did hit the tree is the chroma md3 the iron Samurai 4 because if we don't get up and down hopefully we can have a number bogey that's gonna have to be a big Anheuser shot quick check on the disc got some scrapes when you throw almost full force into a tree but it's not like flashing or anything so that's positive wow that's embarrassing Anthony too low good line really good line but way too low got to make a big pot all right the iron Samurai 4 is still out Harvey wants to park it part of me wants to try to skip it in just be safe just be safe and boring take your Bowie take your medicine I got the regular MD trace this one we can maybe be funky with no no just take your medicine take your par get some more birdies on the next couple holes I will say luckily since we don't have anything riding on the CMAC truth we can still do some skip shots with it but this definitely is a little more stable than the other two discs are which I guess kind of makes sense because the flight numbers say that terrible shot I don't think we need to throw it anymore it's more stable all right big putts here left myself 15 feet even for everybody three holes one birdie rest pars I'm happy all right now we are on hole four which actually is hole four 275 foot mid-range hyzer shot this should tell us a lot about how these dicks how many times do you say the word disc and the phallic word comes out of your mouth because it happens all the time for me it's very annoying maybe it's because I talk too fast but iron Samurai 4 does not have the box regular md3 does that Ironside four then emac truth one tree to miss on some hyzer put it down there come on let's get everybody birdies on this hole that way I can just take some powers on the next ones or I'm going to throw through the weird Gap all right good job good job one of the reasons this happens a lot in my videos especially is because I'm a little distracted filming but the teaching point from this is where you aim your hips so I just get real lazy and just kind of go and I'm just gonna throw and I kind of think about my spot and don't focus on pointing this hip directly where I want to throw the disc so when I this hip right here the straight line is where the disc is normally going to fly unless you early release it and so there as you saw my hip just kind of it's lazily pointed this way instead of pointing straight down that Gap and actually bracing against it so a little learning point from a silly iron Samurai 4 video Let's hopefully get a birdie with this one there we go just like that point your hips also put it 60 feet past the basket because you have no speed control apparently also love that regular md3 iron Samurai 4 landed pretty similar spots this one's closer though even minusculi the point stands just because I'm not a good representation of it doesn't mean the point doesn't stand I don't need to get under par on this hole but it would be a very good thing no no oh no that's far my product gets so bad right now maybe because I'm using mitts maybe that thing on the first hole didn't make any sense oh that last little chain thank you little chain okay two holes one birdie that's all we need we're gonna test out some forehand heisas all right this honestly should be the perfect hole for these 215 feet hole number two straight through there just hit this little Gap get some spin on it because I think cut this if I'm gonna do this because I think I'm gonna choose the hardest hole in the course for last it's just 333 feet with not a big line so we still have regular md3 at first just don't hit a tree we'll be happy stop thinking about hitting trees Anthony that's when you hit trees stop gliding so much or go in oh my gosh so far I thought that was in the end that has some flip up skipping oh that's parked that's parked that's what we like to see and Samurai 4 md3 that genuinely had to be like a foot from an ace great I'm putting into a headwind again at least keep it close but gotta give it a little run stay up let's go let's freaking go what a good putt yes birdie birdie download onto the hardest hole on the course I just need to take a par to not get rid of this guy because this stamp is so cool I want to keep it all right hole five is our whole six and it's the hardest hole in the course it's 330 feet which I do think is reachable on the back end with a mid-range for me but it's basically straight ahead of us got to keep it pretty flat so I might want to slightly turn them because it doesn't actually need that much finish even though it looks like it's to the left because it finishes if it just goes completely straight 330 feet you got yourself like maybe a 15 20 foot look we don't need anything crazy but I'm still gonna go for the birdies obviously oh down the other tunnel apparently that was such an early release it is down there distance wise remember I said about getting lazy and not aiming your hips let's try and not do that again there we go that is a straight mid-range I think that might be under the basket they honestly regular C9 md3 the new ones and that chroma I don't really feel I don't see that much of a difference between them to be completely honest with you at different times I would have said that both of them had more fade and both of them have more turn but I mean on every single throw that we throw in they seem very similar gonna be honest I think that md3 is going to be a birdie but iron Samurai I don't think I don't think I'm gonna be able to miss that one that's ridiculous just got to make sure to not not make par with this md3 and we are safe from giving that thing away not for funsies we'll give it a little skipper up to the basket we're not crazy at all we're not crazy I'm a little crazy that was just a bad shot actually I will have to say md3 in general and iron Samurai 4 because generally I don't really see a difference bag it this is a really really solid mid-range I already have a lot of emac Crews and backups that I really like but like if someone's like stole all my discs and the ones that have my own freaking stamps on them and everything were like you have to throw these I would be happy not about the stolen discs but definitely say bag these discs if you want to see the last bag of their minutes check out the F5 the first patreon packet or Bennett if you want to tell me with this to do one of these for show my patreon down below if there are still any Bonanza disc golf discs left go ahead and pick those up at badanzadisculpt.com but if you want to buy one of these pretty solid discs overall luckily don't have to give it away because this thing looks sick and it is staying on my collection also I'm gonna make a bet with you right now if I make this skip shot with the emac truth you have to subscribe and uh if I don't make it with emac truth you have to subscribe all right I didn't make it you got to subscribe but
