welcome back to vidanza disc golf today we're at Boiling Acres a beautiful property just Southwest of Indianapolis Indiana owned by Steve Boylan and being developed into probably one of the Premier disc golf destinations eventually I just got done playing the extreme layout Rock's play over here I am going to be playing the shorts layout though because I want to take a little bit better care of my body and I like sometimes destroying it because I'm a little silly and want to play two super long courses that are like both 9000 feet each so we're not going to do that today Steve did tell me that five down was about a thousand rated for this course but the Longs so that's what I'm going to shoot for still on the shorts because I am really tired and I haven't eaten a ton today the other course is one of the coolest courses that I've ever played and I can't imagine this one will be much different foreign here is 292 feet with NOAA B it says if you get a four in this one sorry not sorry the basket is kind of like up and in line with those trees kind of an interesting line that you have to take because it has to flip up and push on a hyzer for each side Gap to start out the day I don't think this is going to be much of a cooldown because it's still a par 62 7000 feet so I think me saying that it's a cooldown was a little bit stupid we're gonna go emacs truth here on a little flip up hyzer that just pushes hopefully close to the basket and start out with a nice little birdie oh yeah did I hit stuff that's rude one thing I will say is that these courses are so long and there's so much cool stuff that we're definitely going to split this into two videos just like we did with the other course extreme that just allows me to get out some more videos which obviously helps the channel but it also makes it so that the videos are way too long so for this front nine I want to make sure that we get under par even if it's just one stroke I want to be under par going into the back nine because sometimes I struggle with that and as you can tell I'm already tired one of the really nice things about these courses is they do have those little tassels that show you when you're inside the circle so all these blue things here both the courses have them it makes it so easy to know if you can step out or not oh good butt ish we're even unfortunately if you watch the last couple videos I was not able to go bogey free in the last course let's make that the other goal for this one because if I did go Boogie further I would have got my thousand right around unfortunate for me here our whole two 350 feet I'm gonna go for the glory on this one I get it straight down the hill it says don't overthink this one it's downhill just gotta turn through here it's like kind of down there I can barely see it so I'm sure you guys can't try not to overthink it you know I honestly think I should maybe get something that's not as overstable as this but if I turn it enough this should be a really good shot oh I didn't turn it enough at all that was like the worst shot I could have thrown there one thing that I constantly struggle with that I have to work on in field work is actually getting over on my anhyzer for some reason I never actually throw anhyzers and now that's the problem because I don't really I mean okay I got a big skip line with my Razer cloth 3 and that's about it oh yeah I really don't have any other shots from here oh my gosh I mean that's not terrible but what the heck was that I released that I threw that so hard for nothing the whole no bogey thing is gonna be good for this we're gonna make this putt come on baby just committing and they actually commit easy peasy no I didn't do it come on dude oh line was good just never got the hype never not a single time you know when you like make a goal to shoot no bogeys and then the next hole you break that goal I've never I've never known never known that feeling before never done it you can't prove it all right we got some more to get under part of the front line all right so something pretty fun about playing the shorts which I normally don't do I normally like to like challenge myself play the Longs which I don't think is actually the best attitude I think playing what like makes me feel like I'm a good disc golfer oftentimes is a lot more helpful obviously the challenge is good but I think you don't always have to play the hardest course and I feel like there's something in me that's like no I'm not good if I don't plan the hardest course but it's fun to do stuff like this because this is 458 par 4 and it's like potentially Eagle but if I really get a good hold of my Graces but it's pretty tight Gap up there and then looks like down the hill I can't see the pin but it looks pretty straight so I'm gonna throw Grace up there and I should probably see where these are but I'm already tired enough foreign don't skip too much that's probably still about 100 feet away and that wasn't my best shot ever well definitely if you like the best shot in the world but we haven't put for the eagle here got this little Gap through Circle see I'm probably only about 80 feet out maybe a little less if they had a little straighter finish this would be really solid we could make it happen no I gotta make a big putt and we're just inside Circle good birdie putt really good birdie putt all right we got a birdie let's go whole Forest called close your eyes and throw there's the fence Beyond it's the Target that is OB it's a par 4 397 feet so if you hit this line right you might be able to Eagle this one all right up this Gap then straight through there oh and it finishes back left so if you can see me if you get up here and then this next Gap and finish left you got the opportunity for the eagle big problem is if you missed you hit something in your food into the woods I think that Grace can do it though the same Grace I just threw if I actually remember how to throw something on Anheuser might work this will be fancy yes keep getting more stable that was great that was really good it wasn't quite stable enough at the end or I could have thrown in maybe a little more inside I'll probably 100 feet away won't really have a putt but that was a really good shot I'm really proud of that honestly on shots like that I'm just trying to channel Matteo he throws those Graces through the woods too literally my head is thinking be mad at you and then it worked so I unfortunately hit this last little cluster right here I'm sitting in there it's not the best lie we're just going straight ahead I don't know if it's a burger or piercedure I think we're gonna go a new pure that I put in my bag which is an old potting pure retro because it's slightly more stable than that Eco one is that's it it's just before the OB maybe you should have thrown the flippier one roll tide okay we're at hole five it is 272 feet Par 3 straight up down and back up basically just straight ahead of us so probably putter shot uh spends to the right of the Fairway is OB and they also say this hole's gonna evolve a lot so they have big planes I think we're just gonna go with my stable pure all right I've got this could be a mid-range sometimes my intuitions are good sometimes they're not we'll see and I can definitely trust them this time that was great right at the gut heck yeah trust yourself okay I'll just put it down here foreign thank you it's going to get a birdie in front of the course owner you know that's what you got to do 226 hole six shortest peep out on the course and I can say that because he just said that uh straight through there yeah I'm wondering I think I might take a forehand with the Berg yeah for sure um all right here we are at hole number seven it is 327 feet kind of just around the corner there I can't really see it so probably even either a Thunderbird or a glory on a forehand straight out there let it finish on some hyzer it's not a stump so that's pretty cool thinking we're just gonna go Thunderbird real fast because the wind is helping us that way might be a little deep hey stay up all right don't make the island during Hazard natural Hazard too or natural Island hole oh that's all right I feel so much more pleasure pressure throwing right now because I'm normally just thrown through a camera and I'm throwing a you got what top 20 all-time PDGA wins and developing the course and oh she wrote up on me a little bit yeah thanks all right 302 feet from the shorts hole nine last hole the front nine hopefully we can get another birdie with the pure oh get a little stable no there's no water in there right now yeah thank you I appreciate that don't fill it up just like that five down is not too bad on the front nine of arduous subscribe for the back nine which is coming soon real quick plug because I still have some left as of right now literally posting this video
