welcome back to vidan's disc golf and to another badanza battle season 2 episode 2 with Caden tell them all about yourself a little about your rating uh please tell them you're like 10 30. that'll make me look so good um Kaden Anderson I am born and raised in Colorado I am 960 rated I'm 19 which is one of the youngest for uh for the Colorado scene especially I've been playing for about six years it started six years ago took a couple years off we're ultimate in high school and I've been back in for three years trying to push myself competitively sponsored by AGL yep sponsored by AGL sponsored by fly green and I'm working on working with uh Sarah at chumpchock for a sponsorship as well for a chalk bag for this song if that's not solidified maybe this will pressure them into it yeah exactly so today where of course I've not played yet it's ferringer Ranch and then since the whole point of this series is to get me tournament ready with a little bit of extra like pressure on the videos and playing against really good people we're gonna be playing pretty tight OB roll so he'll probably have to explain it most all since I've never played what are you putting on the line for the video today I am wanting a caddy for a speech here this coming Sunday the 30th yeah so if he wins I'll be a caddy for that tournament for him otherwise I'll probably do something fun hole one uh 355 OB on the road and road to the right this has on the left side so anything Road and right is OB we got a bit of headwind today it plays a little uphill for all those of you who don't know it's about three feet distance per foot up so it plays about 24 feet longer so you're looking about really 379 yeah I didn't know that oh no it's gonna be it's stable oh you scared me yeah that one's got it that definitely was flirting though that was a that was a big Brave move pushed off toe inside yeah well actually you're more right to left side which is not ideal but I like my left to rights all right Destroyer you're a psycho for that uh yeah I think that'll put nice pot hole two 314 to an elevated pin position uh there's a couple Guardian trees you want to try to miss a lot of people throw four hands or backhand around the right which is what I'm throwing got an axiom Pyro just like that swing swing there you go sit perfect perfect circle right around there perfect I'm thinking I might just throw a Firebird here on a forehand because it is a headwind but it's also right to left so it should fight against it a bit honestly I might go faster I don't know I'm between this destroyer and the firebird you know it's much more headwind now though shoot we're gonna go destroy beat it oh yeah Center going that might be OB I don't think it's OB muchious with barbed wire get another three feet yeah oh that kind of faded yeah good hit me too oh jeez well you absolutely hate to see it if you're me uh 510 foot Par Four looks like it's a really tight green there's a road and an OB line like kind of past that fence there about a meter or so okay was saying so probably just placement placement hopefully make a putt instead of missing all right here we go don't turn that might be OB that's definitely OB should have an up and down from there all right we're gonna go strike Tailwind just Tizer give us a easy up and down hopefully money ends it perfect that is the perfect spot nice shot all right little Tailwind really good placement now it's more right to left it's very tight up there we really need to practice these little 150 foot standstills oh gosh I really need to practice these shots go in oh dude oh why'd you put on so much hyzer for literally nothing scaring yourself a little bit that's it oh this is the worst oh my goodness wow well that sucked from the tassels I still can't believe that went in that's a deceiving little hole there I kind of like I did too this Green's just so I mean I was generous with 40 feet 21 foot green hi got the box it is in the 250 position 260-ish uphill with uh left to right now so probably that's my slightly more stable strike now gray shot it's a 15 feet so on this hole I am usually throwing putter but right to left and I've been kind of not throwing my Putters great after Cali so ditched up to a magnolia oh okay turn it turn it kick not that way C2 yeah probably barely oh oh my gosh just do that the first time dude yeah I had to treat my way I had to go around it yeah no just die down for him man no worries okay I don't need you win he went from 13 to 11. how much you paying it huh whole five 342 it's about 17 feet uphill so it plays more like 380 to 400 just depends we got a bit of a tail in tail left to right she used to hold intro's meeting into unboxing well I didn't know where the hole was okay and I want to make you do more free labor you know oh yes they gave me doing enough of that at school oh yeah you got your little very left right I'm about a tail left to right we're gonna go my echo Star Destroyer still have any flippy distance drivers yet those are in the mail turn if you get a four to skip that's a great putt okay back what because she should work it's got a putt not bad a little tailwinder through a tree yes good putt good pot all right keep the Box hole six 178 you guys know I love any shot I can throw my glitch on or if you if you put a glitch out on that road I'll buy every glitch you have in stock right now oh that's not bad skip not that way that's still fine nice spot let's go a little tree Direction great pot little tree left all right so this basket all the way down there it's 473 foot par three AKA bombs away baby honestly this one's kind of tricky because it's it's 480 but it's slightly downhill and the wind will help you juice it into the OB Helen so probably just a simple hyzer I'm probably gonna throw a slightly more overstable one because it doesn't look like there's OB left nope and so if I bail out early I can pitch up for easy three because this one playing one of these for the first time it's hard to it's hard to play it for a two you know unless you're better than me push get some go now Port skip oh caught a rut but that's still okay it's not bad it's a long bed yeah I didn't want to throw it flatter uh an Envy took two pieces of foil when I was out in Cali and stamped this one super super cool so goal is just kind of push it out while I let it ride all the way down that is wide that's the right height perfect oh great shot oh man that would be so close that's a putt to run for the second time not the first time nice up oh great Drive great too nice little putter putter 485 maybe one day I'll be cool it's downhill it's still impressive whole eight 304 feet you've got this road here so same thing as whole one left side and Beyond to the right place is OB just behind the basket maybe five ten feet you're looking at Creek OB it's a very very tight green again foreign should be all right that one tree man that's right the line I want to take so I kind of maybe want to throw a pure The Potter's just go far maybe slightly Flex with them go in the hole deep still Tap Out far hole 9 6 15 it is downhill about 17 feet we got a bit of right to left wind on this one it's a little head right to left so big hyzers are gonna pop up a little bit it's just long there's no you just throw two two shots and take a birdie pretty much yeah that tree's about 480 so that's where I'm trying to land most of my drives is about lying in line with that I'll try to land 50 feet behind you oh turned it yeah I turfed it so that's good though I mean I'm playing out to that right side so I have a Tailwind in yeah if you're gonna miss miss that way yeah you miss left side you have a head left or right to left that's so oh beautiful go it's a smush uh yeah that's a little more than just a smooth you're scaring me with all that wobble coming out of your hand I thought you burned it over oh yeah oh man I have been doing no upset practice so this is a little bit scary here but I really like that Straight Zone play man it's a putt but this this helps me realize what I need to work on because I really we'll need to work on these up shots that is going to be detrimental if I don't work on it for the next couple weeks great pot if you can't practice up shots at least practice putty you know pull 10 243 feet pretty uh traditional stock hyzer basket is two feet from the OB so do not go right there's water Ravine water on all on the right side so General stock forehand out miss it oh oh sit down wow you scared me that little line is always scary I don't think I've been that close to that log ever is it a log when it's still in the tree wow that's a good point all right new disc in the bag I've been liking it yes get a good skip all right we got a couple options for this hole there's one Straight Ahead um but the tournament play looks like it's about 390 to the left so we're obviously gonna do that one there's the creek is over there it's not OB actually okay insane so just rip a shot it's very hard to see honestly even from here so hopefully the camera can pick it up a little bit I think it's kind of straight dude holy cow oh it's a little short so you want to be past the trees there and then but that's the right spot-ish you can kind of see it I think we're gonna go with the big Z heat I just put this in the bag got a slight Tailwind but I wanted to turn over as much of my ESP swirly guy I'm hoping this is like my Essence I've thrown it a couple times it throws well but I haven't compared to the essence so just hope I know how it flies thank you oh that's so good keep turning oh my God go in dude this is so good take that good play all right this disc is very close to what I wanted because I'm trying to consolidate my molds very slightly um just when like I have different ticks of understability but man I should have just a little touch less higher touch harder because I did not really full juice it I should probably put you in a view that you can actually see the line I'm going for that's too tight I have no idea what that line looks like right now but I really want to oh fantastic let's go so good just straight Tailwind which is not a bad win for this hole because it looks like what is there a drop off behind it like what's this whole like so this is helpful actually this is really really helpful so basically this front side of the hill is accurate here your Landing Zone with a basket is up genuinely on top is about four feet wide so if you want to put it under it's Rocky and terrainy and it's it's miserable to land on top on this right side there's a little bit of a ledge that is where generally people are landing if you miss down left it's a bowl if you miss right you're putting over into the bowl you're looking straight up or straight you're looking straight up either side I do not know how to play this hence it oh that's pretty good that's that's there it's up it's a good spot it's one of the landings on hanging out oh climbed a bit not bad a little less but what do we do have I don't even know if I can take a stance oh that's cool oh my gosh this sucks yeah you got it this is like straight ahead the worst pot oh my gosh oh whoa she's it I imagine double that score has been taken on this hole I personally have taken twelves on this hole oh my gosh but I'm stubborn so I run that every day all day just back and forth all right we are going basically we're gonna do a headwind for this whole three 13 it looks like yep yeah up on a little Mound there's drop zone and an island I might call the quick that I just had to put in the bag it's maybe even slight turn throwing a flat there's a pump let's go yeah man I think that's gonna work great shot see if I can't do exactly the same thing with a pyro get out of it nope it's kind of laying this one up give it a floaty little if that lifts it goes in if it doesn't it stays there yeah great pot thanks all right going back into a headwind again slightly more left to right on it so you might be able to really full Flex something but there's OB in a creek down there it's 482 called part three you just says it's Par Four but change it to three there for sure don't want to turn it over too hard this is one where I think I might be able to give myself like a circle two maybe not in this wind but I really don't want to burn it over so I'm going to go slightly more stable than I could if I really wanted to get there fantastic shot really happy with that all right oh that's slow get up burned on it trying to throw it too hard oh no plan that completely another headwind putt do I run it nicely done probably the little lamp that's why I didn't run it great pot great putt wow tap out for him 10 out of 10. 255 over to the left looks like Obi is like right past the basket yeah it's about you can see kind of the ridge that runs along the right side there yeah that is oh okay and it takes a bit to get over the top probably gonna go quick again oh and that's why you got to learn the discs Oh I thought that was more stable than it was that'll be over there yeah don't worry you're not losing too much and oh my gosh oh that's the worst break dude that's rough my bogey my dude all right hole 16 296 feet dead ahead of us there tree looks like it's about 30-ish feet in front of the basket I think I'm gonna throw Envy because we're going into a headwind maybe we should throw a mid-range like a Pathfinder but I think that this moves a little bit left to right less don't hit the tree perfect little backside wow that one just kept it over pyro right side actually straight up the trade to the left that's that pyro yeah yeah that's a beautiful shot man you smooshed it definitely behind it but we want a tail and put here all right same thing just backwards and you've been saying you want these Tailwind pots then you make all your headphones I know yeah good putt all right 17 looks pretty tough looks like you got a lot of OB 250-ish feet Drop Zone if you go OB not easy I think I'm gonna go Zone forehand can I throw it into the bowl maybe give myself a putt just try to stay safe please go in SoBe it's so much of a left to right now I'm just gonna not learn anything and do the same thing oh did literally did the same thing oh fun Little 45-foot Drop Zone here good run good run nice I didn't tell him to drop it so it's a little safer but still a little bit baby come on all right in a little homage to a friend nuke with Team AGL I'm just gonna never lay up what a pot dude let's go I guess the wind read real fast yeah I think we're looking about I don't know it looks like about that way and a straight straight that way so you know a good solid left right kind of heady maybe 46 degrees you know approximating all right you got the box last whole intro for you we are looking at I just forgot the distance silly hole 18 383 we're looking at OB just behind the basket maybe five feet it's pretty touchy uh OB right side in this ditch you can see that mound is a great spot to land you want to kind of Hit the front and just kind of Bounce right over it to be parked otherwise Ace runs only at this point why not you know well I might have that get left Cedar's too straight so that's definitely OB deep but but it's a tie behind the basket Captain par so oh yeah they want to watch I want to watch you throw this in I would love to do that all right nice little Destroyer this stable one's been working for me in the wind this rookie two-time guy stay up that should be good so that's gonna be 35 but it's decent oh great run I'm too afraid better run all right this one is turning into something else right now oh yeah thanks so much for being on the
