NEW Latitude 64 Royal Box is INSANELY GOOD!!! [2 New Molds]

this is the most excited I've been for a box unboxing in a while if you guys know me you guys know that there's one or two companies that I would kind of s for a bit latitude being one of them basically just because of this man right here kind I got into to disc golf last January I was already creating content on YouTube and so I wanted to find the best YouTube channels he makes the best content and so when I woke up to an email from YN Nana n Nana n about getting the new Royal box I was super stoked I didn't even know that they were picking these but apparently this is a royal prototype box with two new Royal plastic discs I've bagged the honor most of this season you've definitely seen me throw the Grayson RVE last year Well if you've been here that long and so today we're going to be playing 18 holes here at Cole Creek Disc Golf Course with just these discs and if there's no putting putter in here I'm not going to like pull them out one at a time I'm going to open them all up now and see what they are cuz I'm so freaking excited we're going to try to shoot a perfect round because there's three or four really soft par fours that we're actually going to play as par fours they're all eable for me so hopefully we can make that happen see if we can shoot 18 but I think I'd be happy with anything 12 and above let's open this guy up I think these are Fairway drivers the new ones but I have no idea how many or what is in here ooh we get a little latitude bag we're definitely not going to be using that we're going to using this and we get a little note from he spelled his own name wrong which is kind of embarrassing says Hey johannas here that this is the 2023 Royal box it's a peak into the future we would love to have your feedback on the new disc here's the QR code you can scan to send feedback which I will do one more info on these discs it's on the other side of this paper and so this is what it says that they are take a quick look if you want to read that but we're just going to go over it briefly we got strive which is a 13-speed the Prototype Grand Brave which is a seven-speed neither of which have numbers a grand orbit honor let's freaking go a moonshine savior sense moonshine so it's going to be base plastic glow if you guys couldn't tell I like latitude a little bit I got to find a way they put some of their disc in my bag next year okay and now that actually we saw what they are you going to get to see them on the ho sucker sorry that we read that sheet and now you know what they are and you're going to get to see them later and I'm not even going to feel them yet either I'm just going to pick which disc is right for which hole and we'll rip oh I'm so excited I did bring some peers to putt with but they got a hope which I'm actually pretty excited for because the hope is a 2301 disc two-speed putter I've been thinking about getting a two-speed Putter and a lot of my latitude friends putt with the Hope like Kevin kefir PUD with the hope but he tore his ACL so I don't know if it's actually a good disc maybe I'll tear mine today so hopefully it doesn't happen sorry Kevin you're catching Strays today 287 up the hill I think we're probably going to throw the Hope on this no we can save the hope we we might throw the honor actually big shout out to latitude for sending this out to me early these look so freaking cool what the heck is this oh never mind we might not PO with this this is premium plastic hope I didn't realize oh my gosh dude Royal Grand honor orbit it is nice and Dy I'm interested to see how overstable is compared to my typical honors I would forehand it but my forehand has been trash so we're just going to try to throw kind of a a slight Flex shot at it oh it's pretty stable two off the top that way we can see more discs and we want to see this hope dude it's very Dy swirl I didn't even know they did that all right we got to put this one close cuz that was a shank and a half there we go that's perfect two off the top perfect ground still intact the honor that I've thrown literally this whole year I bought bought two and I only ever threw one and it's been in my bag the whole year and hit so many trees and so this might be similar stability to a typical honor and I just kind of with mine if I put it on that like tiny tiny Flex it like drifts it's pretty deep for my hands but I feel like that helps me feel good to throw an heisers hisers might be a little touchier with this but we'll see all right hold two par 4 410 M feet slightly uphill apparently the second disc that we're going to be throwing I guess the third disc is going to be the brave prototype according to that thing it says that rim width Wise It's a 13 speed no no chance okay maybe I read it wrong this the brave might be the seven speed okay this strive I don't have dyslexia but it says the strive is the 13 speed slightly more understable Rive I think I might throw it on a touch of anheiser kind of at the basket and see how it flies hopefully we get the eagle look we can call it the chigle look cuz it's a cheap Eagle yeah so that was really more flat uh skip pretty good A little past the basket in the air yeah that's money so his thing says it's definitely not a beginner disc i' probably agree but if you're getting into distance drivers it might be more of that let's see if we get the honor there might have done it this goes far skip I was reading ah head on that sheet as well and apparently the brave wow I just sound like an Apparently kid there and apparently the brave is a slightly more understable Explorer in the Royal plastic if you just unsubscribed I you know I wouldn't hold it against you but this is super interesting cuz they didn't say anything about the stability of the honor on that sheet strive seems sick next toll I think we get to whip out the Savior I'm excited to see it was already super glidey to me when I reviewed the initial Royal plastic ones or the grand plastic I guess cuz Royal is the line and honestly it's kind of nice that we don't really have any true mids except for oh this is a cool little die or design except for the savior because the Brave the seven speed might not get too much use if we did because there's a lot of holes here that are like mid-range holes but like long mid-range holes I imagine this will be pretty glidey I'm going to get an ace this week 4 through three let's go this is a fun little box I love mystery boxes of any kind but obviously you know what this oh my gosh I'm sorry I need to go back to the van and get another hat or something oh it's so far away no but like most of these being like either new Plastics or new discs it's kind of a little bit extra fun this one I think we got a little chip forehand here 278 down the hill with the Savior so glidey for those type of discs I think we're absolutely parked I think this is a little too glidey for like what I prefer to throw in this category disc I definitely like it it feels very much like a 4 and a/ half speed like I said in my initial review but I think that this is like a almost like an approach disc for the mass kind of thing with the Savior whereas instead of like a Zone can get really overstable or Toro or something that can be used by everybody cuz it gives you that like little bit of extra push we made the long AR just trk we're on a tear to start honestly 246 whole 5 since I had to run back to my van does that mean I get two off the top again good question hope or savior I think are both totally perfect leave it wi you don't want it to go down the cover not OB right now cuz of no water I think we're going to try The Hope again just so it'll finish a little flatter finally breaking it out well 6 is only 294 but it plays pretty uphill so I think typically when I used to come play here it hasn't been a while and I genuinely feel like I throwing all my disc so much farther I would throw a fairway driver but now I feel like I can get there with mid or Potter I might try to get the hope there but this is the Royal Brave prototype look at this side profile it's got a slightly lower Pary line kind of ridiculously doy like this might be the only seven speed that like Rivals my strike in terms of how far they want to go so I'm going to pop it on some higher up the hill and hopefully just kind of spike it in close to the basket got the little flip sit down please just just sit that's a little more skip than I wanted to I thought it would flip a little bit more than that so that's actually Good Hope should have just done that what was I thinking definitely looks like this is a hope hole from here on out I really thought that that would flip up a little a little bit more maybe cuz of throwing up the hill got to look though dang committed though that's one of the three that we can miss as long as we get all the eagles the next Eagle is going to be the most difficult to get the third one is like a musket Eagle whole 18 might also be an eagle if whole 18 is also a power four we're we're golden but I've been pretty happy with how all of these have come out of the box so far 7 340 but pretty down the hill so I think it's going to be a hope yeah sit down actually what sit yes dude thought that was just low I really think the only thing that might go against the brave in the strive are personally I don't think the names are that like cool of dis name like I think the grace and the RVE maybe it's just cuz they've been out longer and have a different fenity to them but the Brave and the strive I don't know for some reason they don't hit me the same and I think the disc themselves are going to be immensely popular because of how good they are just B off these initial throws especially if for just like General disc golfer you're going to get flights out of these that you see all the top Pro throwing stay on Pace though stay on Pace Straight Ahead 337 but we're going to give the brave another chance touch the higher a little wide and hope that we don't skip down the hill down there why you flipping so much what oh my gosh oh no it's it's way slippier than I thought from that first throw that wasn't super hard in it that's a I mean you guys are going to love that disc it's I mean I love it it's a great disc I just didn't expect it hope I only need to throw the hope that's the only this guy should be throwing out these come on straight skip Ah that's a stable honor it's like nice oh dang I got it oh just short I like having this challenge you guys have seen how many putts I've missed over the last couple videos literally all I changed is I'm a little more confident in these retro Putters right now and then like I gave myself a challenge and a goal and I'm focusing on that instead of not missing putts luckily here we got the chance to get that back we got two of the three or four parts that we can get the whole entire round this one is an eagle somehow praise the Lord from here just up the hill it's about 380 up and over the hill you see the top of the basket all right so you can see those guys who just played through up there I honestly think I can get the brave there but I want to be safe like I want to give myself a chance no matter what I'm just a little worried that I'll turn over this drive too much hard and high and hope that it kind of sits if we get a tap in Eagle here we're feeling pretty good just sit be chill need to be a little wider that'll be a look it's up there but I think it's probably about 50 ft left pin High wow that's so pretty that thing is Juicy holy cow that thing goes not going to lie I thought the basket was a little rer where it was my first disc is exactly where I thought it was where it was just happens to be 20 ft away and then the brave way over here oh my gosh that supposed to be a skip shot to the basket yikes 9 through n baby let's go going down the hill there 304 savior they were talking about their shot over there but I released it and he's like that is so good and I hit the ground he's like yeah dude and I was like thanks and I look over and he's looking at his own shot so good shot over there thought he was coming me we're just going right at it wow oh my gosh it was low but a disc out of the box that just flips up the flat and rides on that amount of higher down the hill that's pretty sick I don't know how the river would fly for me right now that's how I wanted my River to fly when I had a river in my bag during my first like 8 months of playing if you want a river type disc it doesn't feel as big as a river it feels the river feels a little more like neutral bladed that feels a little lower parting line the river feels your hand a little bit better but if you want a river in like the Royal Grand plastic that's the disc for you we're going to give them flight numbers by the end of this video that honor kind of Rivals my red Firebird in my bag which is beaten for a Firebird but it still wants to go I mean to get it into the circle on hole two still solid hole 11 345 actual shot is going to be the brave kind of flat at it let it get its own turn we do have a slight Tailwind then I think we'll try to forehand this drive oh it wasn't flat it flipped up though dang oh my gosh I think that's a little far I needed to put that flat I needed it to get that turn especially in this Tailwind Drive yeah man I mean my for's pretty weak right now but it still went a really easy 350 ft and I should have just done that the first time I lied it only went like 320 still not bad this is a little closer this is 330 the next one is the musket Eagle though so this is where things feel real cheap 290 par 4 I think I just ruined everything that was way too nonchalant I'm not sure about the bow thing that's just how I've always played it to like convince myself that it's a part four even then it should still be a three but got to make this oh dang tap in four we'll be two back of pace we can Ace and get an eagle never give up but one more par and we're absolutely screwed forgot how stable this thing was I I know my for's not that powerful but my expectation was that it would like ride and then skip but instead it's so overstable for an honor that it just kind of got to a knife and instead of skipping it just kind of dug next hole is like the main ace hole 175 Straight Ahead little left to right so we're going to go savior do it oh that was a pretty good run hope I honestly thought I made it with the Savior and then when it didn't go in I thought made with the hope that's heartbreaking folks this have been committed today I said 12 was my minimum I mean there's five holes left two Aces and an eagle would be insane but it's possible whole 14 269 we're throwing the Hope stay up had to be pretty close cuz I'm like like right in line with the basket dang I think that one rolled so far where'd it go what you can't see me but I'm like 80 ft away basket's over there 295 we're going to try to skip an honor in you almost have to put a touch of flex on it out of the hand so it'll still get a skip otherwise it's going to be a little too knifey oo a little short that should be a birdie dang it I just threw this hole and I hit off the band with one of them I'm going to do it again I like swear I press record sometimes I feel like it doesn't obey me little headwind yeah I mean throwing that flat into a headwind money shot but it definitely is not as stable or Torque resistent as a lot of the other approach style discs Brave is going to flip pretty good see dang it I always think I throw enough heer that's going to stay stable never do that same shot with the strive this is exactly what happened last time no I shanked it no I didn't no I didn't oh that's almost exactly what happened Brave was a little right strive cuz it's faster but similar stability I say I say whatever numbers you give to the brave you give one more Fade to the strive and that's it everything else is the same Glide except for Speed obviously but Glide and turn are pretty much similar a little tester here failed the test double F brought it back to a d they call this one 317 we're going into a pretty stiff headwind now wind's kind of picking up we're going to go ahead and throw the Hope give it a little Ace run I don't know if I can throw the Hope hard enough to give it an ace Run come on why I on a freaking Ace dude oh that was so beautiful we're going to get this right we're going to throw it a little left oh I didn't I didn't I pulled it wow I mean that disc even into your head is like torque resistant enough that it'll fly I think the last hole depending on the Wind we're going to either throw the honor or the brave even though it's a 400 something foot part 4 cuz it's slightly downhill I knew it was a Tailwind thought I played it well enough F oh yeah we can get to a cheap 13 so you guys can see the basket all the way down there kind of right here 410 the practice basket is way past it maybe closer like 515 or so we have a slight head left to right I think I'm going to throw the Brave and I think we're going to see the far basket the practice basket with the strive if I I haven't like really got a full rip on this drive yet and I bet if I touch a Hiser it'll get up and like ride and then finish pretty good so brave first oh dang just a little over top that thing I mean I genuinely don't feel like I tried to throw that more than like maybe 60% I feel like it's less than that but every time I say that I'm like is it really less than 50% or whatever but I didn't throw that thing hard and it coasted down there the Dome on that thing is ridiculous all right strive to the long basket throw it real hard get stable oh no skip wasn't quite as far as it looked off the te which I'm fine with I really didn't feel like I crushed it it's about 5 ft past pin High see how far this drive I've got and then I'll let you know what I think the numbers are yeah I have zero doubt in my mind that if this was a like open patch I would have skipped up to or past the basket just looking at the trajectory and how it got stop dead in this tracks no dude I had so much fun with these the honor probably more of a stable than most of us are going to need much more close to a Pioneer I would say in this orbit plastic this savior I really like if you are savior throw you're going to love this disc I think if you are a little bit slower arm speed and you want an approach disc that you think would work on forehand and backend this would probably be good it's very glidey the hope I'm loving this thing in the premium plastic I was throwing this thing pretty well out there and then these two discs are my favorite out of the bunch I think the Comes Close The Hope and the brave might be tied I really like the strive a lot but I think the brave is might be the best seller in latitudes Royal lineup once it comes out I think it's what like the FD wants to be and the FD is in a lot of respects you know I would say that this is very close to true to 7611 very glidey not going to like burn over on you you can put a little touch of anheiser on it and it'll hold and pan and it'll fight out a little bit and I'd say this is 13612 so i' would say they're both six Glide Nega 1 for the turn and then one fade fade
