Backhand Form Basics - Beginner's Guide to Disc Golf

Learn the fundamental backhand form in disc golf with this beginner's guide episode two. Hosted by nation, this tutorial breaks down the technique step-by-step, using Trevor as a model to demonstrate key concepts. To get the most out of this lesson, make sure you've watched episode one on disc selection, which explains how to choose the right discs for your throwing style. The video focuses on grip, a crucial aspect of backhand form. Nation covers two common grip styles: fan grip and power grip, explaining their advantages and disadvantages. The fan grip is ideal for up shots and allows for more control and less spin, making it perfect for putters as well. With clear instructions and demonstrations, nation helps viewers master the fan grip technique, providing a solid foundation for further learning in disc golf.
