what is good foundation nation and welcome to fallen creek park where today we're checking out the brand new ripped showdown this actually hasn't even come out yet coming out april 15th you can check it out on foundationdisc.com when it releases it's a brand new game from the same people that made ripped revenge basically you have the good side the bad side and then the lucky every card has two sides you get to pick the good is a little bit more defensive the bad's a little bit more offensive i'll explain the exact rules here in a bit but first we have some exciting news to share with you all when i turned 14 and a half i became the youngest thousand rated player ever in the sport and that was confirmed by the pdga in 2017 i won the junior world championships in the junior 3 division by 30 strokes and then in 2019 i came back and won by 27 strokes my future goals are really just to keep at the sport work really hard practice hard get social media going and i want to become a become a top 10 player in the next five years my name is ganon burt and i'm the newest member of team foundation disc golf all right so before the game actually begins we all have to choose a side we're either the good or the bad side so i guess let's start it with that i can be the good side i'll be bad but bad all right so too bad one good um the good and bad are basically denoted by on the card there's either like a sheriff's star that's a good side and the bad side is like this cow skull so that'll decide what we play basically each of us are going to get three cards at the beginning uh you can only play one card per hole and each opponent can only have one card played on them per hole in addition to that the scoring has changed a little bit so you're playing just regular disc golf to par if you birdie or better you get no cards if you get a par you get one card bogey two cards double vogue your higher three cards the max you can have in your hand is seven cards you go above seven...
