The team, led by Zach and featuring Paul Macbeth, Hayley King, Adam Hammes, Hunter, and other guests, will share their hands-on experiences with the Crystal Raptor MCBeast 5-stamp edition. With a focus on feel and flight, they'll discuss how the disc performs in different throwing styles and conditions, including forehand and sidearm shots. hey guys zach here with foundation disc golf hunters behind the camera today we're going to be doing a quick review of the crystal raptors dropping this friday at 6 00 p.m we're gonna have a few different people throwing this raptor right now it's gonna be paul macbeth hayley king and adam hammes as well as hunter and myself and we're gonna tell you guys how we uh think it feels and how it flies so i got the crystal raptor crystal z raptor to be uh exact with the mcbeast five time stamp and uh i'm gonna toss this around i'll go with the feel first um this one's really flat i believe they're all very flat correct yes they're all very flat which is very really comfortable in the hand and especially forehand i like that how my thumb sits really really nice on this uh the shelf of this disc but let me give it a toss and kind of kind of talk about what i think it flies like so it's uh to clear this you probably didn't see that at all but um it was actually fairly overstable i think it we kind of have like a 10 mile per hour headwind right now and it fought that really well it fought that really well and just held the hyzer line the whole way and uh if you guys don't mind that's going right in my bag hey guys adam hamis here i'm here with the crystal z raptor my favorite thing about these that's finally a raptor that i can really chop over on sidearm and know it's going to come out so let's check it out hi i'm hayley king we got the crystal z raptor here i really like the feel right now we're just gonna go try forehand i really like the way that flies it's just like straight and then it comes out at the end it's not as overstable as a predator at least that one was but i really like it it's smooth okay so we have the crystal raptor here i would say uh if anything this feels like the firebird that i have in my bag um i also really like how it feels for him because it's got a smaller rim but i wouldn't throw this back in just gonna be too overstable for me but i'm gonna throw it for him i guess the fire parties are out there i threw that shot just a little too high but i like the way it feels i'm definitely going to be bagging a few of those all right so when i had the first run of the raptors um i honestly didn't like it and one was never in my bag but as soon as i threw this i put it straight in my bag it just seems to be a little bit more overstable a little more consistent i actually took my firebird out of my bag it's not quite as stable as my firebird but it's more controllable to me i'm gonna go ahead and throw it backhand it is a little bit shallow which i personally like but that could be something to take into consideration but yeah let's see what it flies like all right so how i just threw it that's basically what it's been flying for me almost every time the closest disc it reminds me of is like a sex and firebird i used to have in my bag i haven't thrown in a while but i remember it flying just like that now again these drop on our website foundationdiscs.com on september 27th at 6 pm eastern time
