ah what's good foundation nation welcome to match play out here in new london let's get into it so all right so basically we're playing match play for the front nine out here at new london one of the hardest courses in the world no definitely one of the hardest courses on the east coast hardest course in virginia hardest course in lynchburg um i went the opposite direction you see what i did there basically how match play works if you win a hole you get a point you tie a hole you get no points points don't push strokes don't matter loser gets killed it's easier to think of like a game of tug of rope tug of war right tug of rope yeah tug of rope tug of war so like if you guys are still tied you're the rope is over the center if somebody wins that point goes that way if they if the other person wins it goes back to i'm gonna assume they they know how match play works they do but i'm just saying it's not really like it's not really like you win you get a point necessarily it's like you win you're one up and if you put your hole you're now even it's effectively the same thing it's the same rules there's a lot of rules of tug-of-war if you're playing prison rules well one's 395 feet dead straight ahead i got a little left to right a lot of ob on the right side here a little left holy there's a wind left or right no like a little left to right shape of the fairway hail isn't it it's a right to left tail if you want the wind yeah i don't like that particularly not that much left right to left where did that just kick don't worry about it actually you just throw your shot actually though where'd that kick did it don't worry about it you just throw your shot you play your game you play your game and worry about me later look down for two seconds all right i'm throwing get away i'm trying to flip up a little more i don't know okay i don't believe you i got them right where i want them i'll get away down the fairway i might make far from there where'd it go it...
