Foundation Faceoff - Wingman Challenge

hello everybody welcome to another foundation face off zach here hunter behind the camera today we're going to be doing the wingman challenge so the way this is going to work we're here at peaksview park uh in lynchburg we're going to be starting at whole fiber and playing short baskets every time you throw one of these it's going to not count towards your score at all so we count we'll be playing nine holes and you get to throw this five times so basically you're going to be taking five strokes off of your score at the end but we're just gonna see how good we could uh shoot and like i said we're here at hole five there's a lot of people out here so if we're slower i guess not for slow but i don't even know why i said that anyway i'm throwing a buzz off the first shot there are a little forehand here so i hit this tree we got a mando to the right can you go in basket please so i think i could tap that in with my wingman and then technically have an ace that's the plan all right so i'm going with my proto pa-3 uh just put it on some hyzer it's beat up so it should flip up and over and hopefully also be parked like zach is but i don't think i would tap in with it i think i would save it for when i need to scramble so i think i'll just take it too if i did that nice shot yeah i think i'm just tap in take a two because then also have all five to use once we get in the woods and just scramble some hey on the bright side you still get a two but i just well so what i was supposed to do was tap that in and explain that it only had to hit chains but since i didn't hit chains obviously didn't go in um but that sucks because i just wasted that all right we're on hole six zach and i are both tied at one under even though zach used one of his wingmen already um hole six it's a par three as are all of them 250 feet goes kind of around this corner a little bit uh blind shot if you see that like last tree on the left you can see the basket's just so right at that um yeah i don't know what i'm gonna throw yet so i'll let you know in a second i don't throw my uh beat up old buzz just throw it flat and get over there nice shot should be pretty close going with the buzz under that tree it'll be short but not bad i'll i'll take that all right so hunter is out but he's deciding if he should use his wingman or not you're using it yeah okay all right all right we're on hole seven uh you're trying to play a really tight anhyzer up there or you can go like a forehand shot up to the right i don't like really i don't like either shot but i like the left one a lot more um we saw a little flashback of 2019 zach there uh with the pull so that was unusual it gives me up two but we're tied with wingman uses we both have four left uh we'll see if that comes into play at all shouldn't on this hole would go with my flippy putter yet again just throw it out there on a little bit of anhyzing like glide over there i want you to hit that first tree everyone last video they're like wow zach was being so nice when hunter was doing bad i'm not gonna be nice this time well huh through a roller i literally threw a roller the squirrel has a nut in its mouth i think squirrels are so fascinating oh all right whole lake just straight up the hill uh you can it's really hard to see these baskets at this time of year but if you see that orange tape that's it um we've got it i'm gonna just try to go with my beat up buzz yet again just kind of pump it up there it says it's 165 but the uphill makes it play like 200 something and i was just telling zach i don't really think i'm gonna throw it past the basket because of how drastically uphill it is you should go wing man off the tee no if i want wingman off the tee those things they fly far they fly great they're fun to catch but if you try to throw it hard it just kind of you tank it because if your thumb just sticks on it so in other words no i'm not sure not the gap i was hoping for but should be good you got lucky i got very lucky a little overhand here gotta try and pan it in between those trees like that all right i think it's pretty good all right hole nine 120 feet probably our best opportunity for an ace all day through this gap um just barely over the hill going wingman off the tee for a number of reasons one i can be sick to get a wingman ace two i think i can park it and then that's basically an ace on the scorecard so why not and plus i haven't used it i have four so i might as well use it again um the only question is do i want to go left gap or right now that i don't know like i said if you try torking up on him a little bit it doesn't work very well and that's what happened so let's see if zach does any better oh zach talks me into doing the wing man and then pulls out the luna i see what he's playing here is it rolling you know you can just go wingman again and then you technically get an ace technically but instead what i'd rather do is since zach tricked me into going wing man off the tee i'd rather just make this putt in his face and i'd just feel a lot better how far are we i don't know all right 70 maybe that's the luck i go the brody smith scooper you won't i won't you're right i will however make that what up i didn't see what you did i was being dumb because of how horrible run that was look at that stretch all right ready yep no i thought it was perfect can you tap mine in yeah thank you wow just leave that all right another somewhat ace opportunity here we think zach's down three in our heads but you know the score so you know if i i'm right or not either way pretty straightforward i don't really have to explain much here i'm gonna go with my proto-pa3 yet again and put it up there also i don't know if this is a proto pa-3 or not because pa3 but it says proto-plastic so maybe it's just proto-350g i don't know i got it last year i didn't get it in 2014. well that's a lot closer than it looks maybe i can tap in with this and get the ace magician all right i'm trying nice and flat for this puppy out there very close oh now that's probably like 15 20 feet but i think i was only like two feet off the basket but i'll probably miss the putt i know you guys want me to be sad yeah one of the comments last few videos said they didn't like how upbeat i was which is sad that i have to be sad for you to be happy but i'll be sad i'm sad all right this whole 11 uh pretty much straight that weird like y tree uh the basket's right behind that um i just kind of try to play the hyzer short of it and filter down the hill not really too much of a shot here but we'll see if i can't get it close oh she's still going or what no it stopped but that was exactly where i wanted it just hit a route all right i'm gonna do exactly what hunter did throw up there hopefully i don't hit the say hit a root and stop about four i'm gonna go a little bit higher this time or not this time i'm gonna throw a little bit higher um but we shall see or go really early wow so i'm going to would re-t really yeah with the boba no well then you're gonna take strokes you're throwing three yep okay so much thrown better try to do the first time so zach's elected for the wingman for this putt here we have discussed previously you only have to touch chains before with the wingman i feel like i have to if i because then this is a three and you're tapping into what i'm tapping into three but then if i missed i could still tap into just the four yeah okay i have to do it no no good thing is these things don't roll i was not expecting that to happen which is sad because i really lost but it's just so upsetting oh 12. only a few holes left in the video it's pretty much straight ahead of us um i feel pretty confident with where i am currently so i'm gonna throw the wingman off the tee because i feel like we haven't done it justice yet these things are really fun to throw and play catch with and they're you know bendable so you can put them wherever so i'm trying to do it justice on this shot try to put it a little higher give it a little bit of glide you can kind of see that this thing can fly and we just suck not this is it still going no just stop i promise you these things are fun to play we're gonna have to put a video at the end of us throwing it i guess i'm just gonna throw this off the tee um i need to do something here or really i could just go you know regular disc off the tee and then tap in with this if i'm close and then that gets like a stroke back not that this hole is good in any means but i also don't know how to throw this hole decisions all right ready yep should do that that's closer i didn't realize there was a tree here behind me hey everyone's going to call me a bad sport for giving up good w hunter all right so zach's for all extensive purses for all extends and purses you gotta keep that in there all right zach for all extensive purposes that's how it said right yeah uh has given up there's two holes left i don't know what i'm up it's probably closer than both of us think i think it's three six oh yeah after that blow up hole can i technically chewed that you know what it is it doesn't matter um so i'm gonna try to ace run these last two give you guys something me too um so i'm gonna try it with a big z luna basket straight behind these trees here i'm just trying to put it on a little bit of hyzer on the right gap see if i can't hyzer it in probably won't be able to see the basket i did ace it so that kind of sucks but here we go it's parked not ace not an ace but a part here's a little pov putt for you all right hole 14 dead straight probably one of our better chances at ace this whole video last hole and here's what i'm gonna do zach doesn't know this if zack aces this hole we'll say he ties it up can i get three shots at it sure we'll give zach three shots if he aces it on any of the three shots he ties it up and we go into a playoff uh for the rest of the hole spice this thing up a little bit and i'ma just throw i'm gonna try to ace it but it doesn't really matter look at that ace run maybe that's how i should start throwing to the other basket my shot doesn't matter at all let's see if zach can ace and tie this up okay zach has made a point a little loophole to the rule that i made up but i'll let it fly he said if he parks it with the boba and taps in with a putter it counts as an ace because it's technically a one so sure why not it's not gonna happen but it's not at all what i meant but it it'll we'll let it fly all right i got one shot at this puppy well you can also throw your zones as an ace yeah i will an actually oh i turned it over all right all right okay but that's the farthest it's flowing all day it is all right here we go i'm going up up top well not quite nice alrighty i started laughing as i was walking all right guys that is going to wrap it up for this video feels good to get a win i've had to win a while i feel like um but hopefully you enjoyed it uh it was an interesting idea um thanks to will boba for sending us these wingmen uh we did a giveaway on instagram um i believe it already ended but if you missed that sorry but these are fun to play catch with i know we didn't do a good demonstration of how they can fly i'll try to throw it right now so you can see where that would be fun to play catch with i suck at throwing it i throw it low every time if you're just tossing it to a friend it's really easy uh they sent us a few of them so that's why you know we used them in this video game a little shout
