Our Final Round at New London Disc Golf Course
The team's final round at New London Disc Golf Course is a bittersweet moment in their disc golf journey. The course has been a staple for many joyful moments, tears, and laughter, including memorable attempts by Conor to beat the record with a score of 86. With two years of progress from breaking 68 to achieving a score under 79, this team has consistently pushed themselves to new heights. The New London Disc Golf Course is particularly notable for hosting World Championships and the "Unlimited Mulligan Challenge", where Paul set a record after multiple attempts. The course's rich history and the team's experiences have made it an emotional goodbye as they prepare to say farewell. The news that the course will be closing its doors on Thursday, 13th, is followed by exciting updates: while nine holes will be removed, two months later, the new location will open with a fresh layout featuring the remaining nine holes plus nine new additions.
