Putter Only Challenge - Randolph College

hey everybody zach here with foundation disc golf hunter behind the camera today we're going to be doing a putter-only face-off here at randolph college it is close to where we live but a nine-hole course not great reviews on course review 1.69 so this is going to be pretty rough most of the holes are dead straight and really short so let's see maybe we can ace some stuff but as you can see already a little weird but this one's a 145 125 feet around this curvy building here so here we go oh hey hunter what are you doing i'm searching for a t-pad we have the course map that doesn't exactly help because there's just a wooden strip somewhere in this field to play to that basket right there i'm lost all right so we're on whole two's uh t where it's supposed to be like 130 feet um we wandered around this field aimlessly for like 20 minutes we used udisk and it told us it was at that building wasn't there we looked it up on disc golf course review and they had a picture which seemed it was about from here um maybe even a little closer but they said that the tea stake whatever you want to call it in the ground is covered up so we're just playing from about where it looked like the picture was so yeah it's just for that basket straight up what the heck all right so we found hole three it's apparently 250 feet again quotes par four um if i had to guess from the t i'd say it's closer to three something i don't actually know um it's definitely not 250. i can tell you that much um it actually kind of seems like a little bit of a challenging hole i'll try to put my big z luna i guess just high i might go to nova i don't know we'll see if we can get it's hard to see in the camera but right there it's hard to that that gap is smaller than it looks those trees hang over pretty far great shot it's gonna be short but got out there usually i would throw this forehand anti-flex over the trees i'm scared because there's a parking lot of cars here i'm thinking i'm gonna chuck down a roller oh boy but there's a little house over there i don't really know what that is but also this huge st you know this huge hill so if i go down the hill i'm going to hit a car but i think if i just yank on one that way might work what do you think i'm excited okay car our house which one do i hit house house it is oh no listen to it i never heard it wow come on doesn't count they're in shame all right we're on hold four again there's no um oh wait a second right here look at that i found it all right give me your intro all right we're on hold four just found this uh 280 feet i think it's the longest hole of course the last hole you just did it was way off it was a solid 10 feet longer than they said it was at 260. i think the like initial trees made it look like three something but regardless it was a solid par four now we're just going to play this one pretty straight have a little bit of a backhand hyzer gap there and should be good go go go go go boom and almost touching what though yep all right we're on hole five the t-pad doesn't really say how far it is uh or anything or even that we're on whole pipe so that's why i was just kind of guessing but it is a kind of cool little tunnel shot um i would guess about 100 feet maybe there is a drop off behind it um yeah i'm just gonna throw my nova and try to get close oh my word why don't you tell everybody where you're wowing at yeah we just uh looked over a lot looked over we were talking through the scores and i realized that zach's only two one i mean i've only two three was accidentally chewed one hole and so i was pretty shocked um anyways we're on whole six again we couldn't find a t-pad so we just looked up disc golf course review and found a picture and went where we assumed that picture was taken we seem to be right here in this general area uh baskets down there um i don't know if this path is technically ob sure but we're gonna call it that to make this course tougher um yeah i'm gonna just take my zone try to throw a little forehand um see if i can't get close you looked good probably rolled but if not it's good trying to reach hello concerning your car's extended workout okay we're on hold seven seven it's hard to remember when you can't find any t-pads um with shocker yet again we're going where we assume the t-pad is there's a massive like a swampy area in front of us and i would assume the t-pad once was and is now gone but basically we're playing along this building underneath that tree that basket there got these overhangs here you can't really go too high i don't know why i'm treating this like a real hole i'm going to try to just either throw a forehand or backhand high up there and let it kind of flatten in so we'll see how it goes which one i don't know i'm thinking i think i like the forehand idea more okay let me go with that with a big z luna not bad all right so i'm gonna do a little different i'm gonna go hard and straight at it and i'll see how this works ah nice and far wow i would have somehow made that second one no all right i made the first two did i shock you for the first two yes uh so we're gonna go here uh straight up the hill about uh where we saw in the picture um i guess the picture was taken like 10 years ago so this makes sense that we can't find anything um but definitely a fun little putter course all right i'm gonna throw a link go lefty probably better than my writing shots and try and get it up there and not roll away as you can see we're here at everest so it didn't roll that's a plus all right we're gonna name our fan our found like our subscribers i don't know all right found what's someone that like puts in the foundation all right contractors cement submit cool all right cement this one's for you all right let me try this one nailed it dead center all right we got whole nine 100 feet 100 feet um we got the t thingy majiggy facing the wrong way um no big deal though doesn't really make a difference we got really low hanging limbs um and then we got trees completely blocking the baskets on the other side i'm going to take a knee try and blitz a forehand up there maybe hopefully it'll hit this like birdhouse thing you know what you're going to do yet nope i'm hoping to just like jam it through the tree but if i throw it too hard i'm well there's there's a little hill there right yeah okay i don't want to go on the street that's what i'm trying to say all right as soon as that car passed whoa as soon as that car passes i will go all right here we go and that's yeah that's pretty much what i thought was gonna happen yeah i'm trying to go under these branches but above those bushes and uh in this round out with a bank that worked so the t's right there we are both here and the bass gets right in there all right zach best of luck to you thanks i can't i i just told hunter i can't jump but this far it's just dead uphill straight up hill i also can't see the sun is in
