what is good foundation nation welcome to the wheel of discs let's get into it so all right so basically we're going to be doing is we have we have a discs from both of our bags on every one of these so whenever we spin it basically like the fuse and trevor's bag is like the equivalent of the m4 in my bag zone to harp yada yada yada we're gonna spin it before every single throw and then whatever it lands on is what we have to throw so i'm gonna go first see what i gotta throw off the tee here whole one at sandusky the hole is pretty much 261 feet dead straight ob on the left uh it's a pretty hard hole to have something there's only a few diffs on here that'd be upset getting left you lift that's not a great one it's not the best it's not the worst so it's trevor's turn to spin see what he's going to be throwing all right there's only like two discs maybe three that i wouldn't want sergeant that's great perfect for a forehand all right we'll take it let's do it go with the lift i don't exactly remember how flippy it is i've only thrown it lefty since putting it back in the bag i'm gonna try to throw it forehand down the middle on quite a bit of hyzer a little headwind it's like a left to right it's cold i need to put my sweatshirt back on i'm rocking the new balances today paul's old shoes it's a cool colorway oh a little more stable i knew it was gonna be stable so what's the rule with inside the circle that's outside so it's still going to spin inside no spin just yeah yeah inside just plot okay yeah one sergeant this is a disc i might actually pick for this throw i definitely have to go a little bit more lower than like a faster disc on like the high forehand but that's okay i'm better this shot anyways so hopefully it just doesn't flip over and i threw it way inside that's awful i make that mistake on this hole like every single time for some reason i just cannot like force it out to the left i get scared of the branches same about the same spot...
