what is good foundation nation and Welcome to our fifth annual charity skins match all right so we do this every year for 5 years now which is crazy but basically we're playing for $50 per hole uh towards the charity of our choice and we have an ace pot that uh you know what this year out at Lynchburg College you're going to go $500 Ace po if someone hits an ace $500 to their to be running on this first hole eh uh Trev dog why don't you tell them what charity you're playing for I'm playing for the Blue Ridge area food bank they are a massive food bank in the greater Blue Ridge area that uh takes donations to get meals to families who are struggling to feed their families and um it's a great cause because this time of the year you know you don't want people struggling for food and like I believe the stat on their website is like one in 10 of your neighbors are like food insecure food and providing food for their family is a big deal to them and something that's difficult for them to do so if you donate just a dollar to this charity that can provide a little over three meals you can make a huge difference that way so we're going to try and earn some meals today for the Blue Ridge area food bank so basically every hole you win is 150 meals a lot of meals pressure I'm going to be playing for the Isaiah 117 house that's a charity that we've worked with a bunch throughout the years and y'all have supported a ton which shout out to y'all y'all have really come alongside us and giving to them if you don't know what the Isaiah 117 house is basically when a kid gets taken and put into the Foster system while they're waiting to be matched with their foster parents currently before the Isaiah 117 house what would happen is and I was not aware of this you might not be either they were sometimes having to just spend the night at the police station or at like the CPS offices or wherever and they were basically just whatever they had the clothes on their back that they came in with that was all they had for the night two nights...
