welcome back everybody to the second half of the second round of the 2018 Jerry Martin memorial disk ultramen all from the city oklahoma Delisi youth park here with eric Lanie's we're excited to be able to bring this last coverage to you here's we get started Eric how you doing you're doing great Kyle glad to be with you yeah just to give everybody your minor of what we have an update here how everybody's doing we have beau Tillman as in the league currently at 27 under you have Kota Hatfield at 18 under Stefan Brewer 13 under and Jared painting into being 10 12 under if you wrap the tournament up with 11 holes ago this is the straight shot that we have here on the original course hold 18 but hold 11 for this tournament there's a gap over to the left-hand side you'll see lefties and two fingers like both doing right there you can throw up the middle in just Ojai's or so will be behind it by about probably 15 feet not a real if you want to get this one by gosh yeah it's a little tricky has a lot of trees in the way but with a nine stroke Lee just once to keep it in play and I think he can write it out but stepping going with the forehand it's the same my my staff in Kabul a little bit it's coming it's low ceiling you got to get around a few trees out there once you do is usually in the open I'm surprised all these righties are actually throwing this this line I thought we'd see you know one on Felicity nice if they would turn over with the mid-range that over there like an XD but I have to admit as a lefty I take the same on all four of them all four are the three there you go those trainers will catch it well mr. a few gaps you can throw you must go up the middle cannot go over the top that I'm aware of we'll find out with these guys he's proud but there's a hump there you gotta be able to go over then it goes back downhill blaze to the pin not a real long hole but I'll tell you what if you don't get your gap on these next two three holes first channel got hit the first gap otherwise it's big trouble and then it's a little bit of a poke and hope the second half I'd really like to see it trigger to my bacon there they are nicely and not get dad right where you want to fly yeah it's it's tough to get it all the way back to the pin we need a good lie oh look at that yeah Oh came in yet so you don't say it's actually better to give deep sub toss there's nothing to hit the hole there and then get the trees certainly not a bad play Koda going a similar line Oh another really doesn't groans lightly good shot very wouldn't anything in the circle here's is a premium no I could be losing that came at a see it's very similar the one we just played where you want to stay in the fairway if you take a kick off to the left or right you certainly get in trouble it's gonna finish off a little bit to the left just behind it you're gonna see there's a tree line there they can get you in trouble but another type fairway one if you get down there you can certainly get two on it but I've seen for supplies as well hitting your gaps or premium giving hi Bo throwing ride down the mid rise down the middle he is dialed in no one's gonna catch him no he's he's playing really well code a straight shot dead this is a little tricky this is a most shots where you got the trees on your left-hand side that you got to flip your disc over early by the watching hit that left hand side the fixed end there comes a little bit of lie they're up here straight nice cat Oh puts it about 20 um yeah probably to pitch out here to get yourself three move on yeah so much I don't work there's no straddle putt for Jerry seems like he's been in a lot of situations he hasn't known the balance right yeah very nice Oh 2.20 straighter highs we thought they're around that tree did look like he had to work around the air a little bit yeah sure did a little high finishing out in there that's nice just like he's trying to talk to me smack there some bow just continuing on code a little frustrated tap this one in and he's got short memory him Evonik bow increasing his lead Wow look at that 30 under 20 under go well 14 par 3 again these narrow gaps in they're able to play but you know the advantages you have these you have a Skippy fairway you can play something a little less light up there but you get too far off when I left or right side yourself in trouble but a tribute to Oklahoma City disc golf club for putting this course together I mean you guys can see what work right here I just continue to serve volunteer the year Tim by the way helping out there but what it what a fun course they didn't hear down to give to the community Oklahoma City staring down oh that looked like it was tracking just clipped that tree right over the top but Jared you're probably throwing a rock I'd imagine the top ten let's get that on that's a great ice man I've laid out a pure show what a shot that can certainly change your mentality real quick man actually we're hurt I heard that yell from from the hole I didn't - I wouldn't serve is never dull we're sure it was Jerry boy yes Congrats to GK productions on their first day so they're out there hitting the hittin the streets and getting these terms done and great got great coverage on that yeah a chance to vote for that is my understanding it's up for some different awards some different websites just push GK productions he I was there for that so congratulations - and he's got a box has been taken from Jared ha ha ha ha the only way you can take it we're getting probably the around the what - 30 to 45 hour here's playing a lot of golf yeah through almost a normal two rounds of golf which would be 36 and still trucking it through to finish this 42 whole match this is a this is a tough one of tougher holes here get some OB left some green gunk pond left hand side my throat a little it's straight tunnel shot goes up to the left a little bit up a hill playing on my babies not real far 310 320 yeah I think it's just a little over 300 you lie I'll end up short here but fast around the green heart pan again premium for straightness I think he did anything straight bouncing up and I see the two sets thing on this or usually hope he just didn't say it's my box after that days the the best twos I've seen the most consistent - so seen on this haven't meant for someone the park has been a good putt it's been something you're a little out of comfort zone and on the green or hitting a long putt to be able to get a two on this you seem a slot up people dared hit tree early and bounce Bo it's throwing up over middle that looks really good come up there right you're throwing down a little bit that is the point oh there's that Guardian hangy Viney bushy tree that catches a lot of a lot of risks because again that two fingers of play gonna play normally about 250 yeah you're the wrong hole mayor of choppy fairway lots of sticks lots of debris and then it's gonna come to an agressive slope up to a pin that has that green pond directly behind it we played parallel with this earlier there's a narrow gap there you don't really play at the base of this hill and trying to early a putt landing up there next to pen is almost impossible tricky green no flat areas it's a fun little house it air where's our school yeah there's some over nando here and he's not doing a man fight on me playing a man though today it's gonna put it up there nicely then it's like it's up on the top of the ridge as a deploy Oh taking anymore at the traditional trying to get it at the bottom of the hill I've came that I thought I'd look at all playing about 267 between two little pumps up there on the green so you slide something up there trying to land close and certainly gotten a little bit easier over the years but we get another technical stop yeah they've thinned it out a little bit still a little tricky shot to get it all the way back to the green yeah there's three trees right there triggers are symmetrical yep to get through those then usually gonna look yeah they went up there there they've opened up that line line Jared just took recently and and made this whole little ferret was really kind of low unfair your idol really really tight with a little bit of early release I don't always you have always yeah I think fatigue starting setting a little bit at this time we've played a lot of holes at this point Harry there boy that's times I don't write that stay in there yeah I think you want to talk to me after Roger that which is only for the weekend for a month airtight yeah that's good Bobo's way up here yeah it's tough to get back there Kota where they could run at it so I walked it out good recovery there get saved by beau Stefan finishing up with his bogey Jared with the birdie so little birdie there's my soul again one out of four minutes from the end on me mm light of the day like you know they were up there I think at this point he knows he has second and probably so you know chase car don't make a move on this car a little bit yeah a little bit this was played about 250 these three finger trees right here you got to hit one of these gaps one of those who choose them and it's gonna come back to the left just a little bit one of those holes you walked up to that you feel like you should get every time it seems to be about 133 for me at least it's a kind of tricky hole but you know it's do avoids just get to be confident hit a gap and play it up their place again it was pretty fascinating yeah the keys hidden like he said hitting the first gap and then a little bit of a poke and hope after that but if you hit the first gap chances are you probably end up in the circle somewhere it's not shot okay yeah that's not very initial my target that's a good chest nice play from him go to where this rock turned it over just a little bit oh it doesn't get sharp oh that's look like yeah interesting C's been using quick this is all fine that can work too oh yeah oh yeah yeah for pretty good shots all around the grade yeah easy it all made starboard in a while we might see one here that's nice you ever come otherwise the old first star coming up for the last two holes of the event 40 holes in at this point good too but got a little dance I'm keeps waving to that route it's a good sign of get rowdy it was loud at that point all I'm gonna glad oh yeah another tricky little hole is probably about 220 230 but you have to be able to throw shots almost you want to throw a straight shot there's a bunch of stuff in between there's a little fairway that push you off to the left and it comes back down the right but working a disc right now in that fairway is about as difficulty gets a soft few folks Dale Johnson certainly have seen you a couple of times but it's tough to cough one it's tough to get to the basket module I wanted to reading on the co2 or you see someone's throwing it about 210 I've got one birdie bat and she bore on the trees between and you understand water that then worked that way well sue these guys do Jared on the boxed good things started guess I'm at a spot money coming same disk was the ace yeah tough just hit one of those early trees over on the left it's a tough first gap to hit two fingers in nursing play here chef like something out by Thunderbird or better doom hmm you trying to play that flex two fingers shout out to probably just gets the left of the pin here and try to come back in right slide it in there I think that's the play for AZ to get it close as to that forehand flex yeah that's nice putt see what beau does here a rare spot in the Box gonna go backhand it's actually a couple good kicks there see if someone can get sneak a birdie out of this yeah tricky little hole does a little work there you can see a lot in front of them Oh any peers in this playing nothing certainly not any attempts though that in just most Lots I'm up close Stephane two-finger a nice play just gives three meanwhile on both got a big enough lead oh you may have a little fun anything my dear hasn't knocked down there are you smiling so the first trip early on this whole area all done for Cody is 2,400 that's a good two there yeah but within a stroke lead Oh like the concentration yeah it could happen laying around I think he'll tap he's next man from similar distance but long folks come back to the most turn has a good tradition of people having a good time yeah good fellowship yeah be able to just shake that one off move on yes if that well to do that well we're coming up on coming up on our last hole here on this term has been going on for 13 years and and certainly has a special place in my heart Jeremy and I are very close we grew up together and just one appreciate you guys for taking the time you spent this with us over the past forty two holes and hopefully will come back and join us again next year for the 14th Jerry Martin Warren will be the same location traditionally do that in
