2018 Keeper of the Chains | Final RD, F9, MPO | Allton, Hatfield, Tillman, Wiggins, Lazzo

what's up everyone welcome to the final round of the 2018 keeper of the chain sponsored by any other champion discs we are in Wichita Kansas playing clap golf complex and this is a very very long course a lot of par-4 so I especially on a ball golf course and we've got Nathan out Nathan out coda Hatfield bail Tillman Jake lasso and Ben Wiggins we're starting off with the bottom or a hole one eight hundred and seventy-six foot par four not a whole lot it would be I think that Sidewalk on the right side B that's pretty hard to reach you're really just trying to crush off the drive and get it up there for your three yeah and on this course they have put goal which I didn't know what the thing that's what that red flag is on the left over there disc golf and ball golf so a lot of things going on in this course all right first up Nathan Alton your current leader at eight down you see a lot of forehand bombers by him he can pull out the backhand we needs to but he's really comfortable at that four and then we got Kota Hatfield from Edmond Oklahoma sitting at five down and he's gonna try to make a move that I try to catch up with Nathan and he's just going with the big save Heiser yeah that's just fun and bow after a pretty tough second round he's gonna try to climb back as well not very happy with that second round buddies and come out blazing we're gonna see another Kota Hatfield boat Tillman duel like we usually do to the best player or two of two of some of the best players in Oklahoma and there's a strong headwind on this whole so it's hard to get a whole lot distance just trying to get some motor stable get in bounds bin Wiggins from Wichita sitting out for big and this guy absolutely crushes I've never seen this guy play except for this tournament and it was pretty insane very effortless power here we got Jake Lazo sitting out for big from Kansas City Missouri and he keeps his pretty low keeping out of the wind didn't get a whole lot of distance on it I believe actually that first Center cut is actually a B where those flags are so you guys stay in between those flags Nathan kind of pinched off with this tree right in the way but he gets it down there you'll have a look Koda go with the big spike hyzer get around those trees and does it fantastic and there is what does that raccoon get off the course try to play some golf here we got Bo also taking the Heiser he's been after that bomb of the drive oh he gets shot down by the tree right in front of him he took me stuck with this with the tricky upshot Jake doing his best to get it down there and here's Ben after that kind of a shank he's forced to go with the high turnover shot which is very risky with that Obi on the left a jet heading that way looks like it yeah and Nathan just crushed his four hands and that stays in balance you'll have a look play this is Jake's third and if you haven't made the trip to Wichita play some disc golf you really need to there's a lot of fantastic horses here very challenging courses there's some easier courses but all of them are just beautiful here's been from that OB I need to simmer down that's kind of a tester for the first hole here's bit or here just about four three just gonna pitch it up there the whole lot room for a solid run oh just short Nathan's been putting lights out all-tournament that's the reason he's a leader of this tournament so far Jake just missed an AM side Ben needs the scepter gonna be good putt yeah he takes an unfortunate double but some s six big going the wrong direction here's Bo for a par save oh no very uncharacteristic bibo code knocking in for a par and coda and Bell have really struggled putting this tournament I spend their downfall we just got some tap-in Snaith n't a pin for a bogey chick with the triple I guess you did go be okay alright a whole two 493 foot park the REE seems like a fairly long par 3 all right you just won't get out in this open area pretty wide open hole very taxable let me pull off the driver a couple times yeah that's sidewalk on the right sides of these guys get under these trees when you're up shot all right here we got Kota you have to go with the roller no just a big turnover turn over that didn't really turn faded out early you'll have a pretty long up shot for me is a great choice on soul shaped just for it it looks like boats going with the roller it was a really windy day so rollers are pretty sketch yeah he's got his down there he's about pin-high and been also going with the roller and that's got a lot of action that's looking good if we can turn over a little bit now excuse me sitting right there buh buh usually j-class I trying to bounce back from that awful first first tool and yeah there's really no danger on this whole you either attacking for the two or you're kind of laying out for the three that should work and fun fact Kota has like over a hundred and ten wins he's been he's been playing disc golf for a while all good run by vibe in there comes up just short I see bug and scare the basket a little bit not with that wind drop nope he gave it a chance and the wind just denied it just check for a par there you go and he needs to be in absolute attack mode oh my gosh I don't know what's going on with these guys it's like it's gotta be mental because coda and Bell were just fantastic butters I'm not gonna par Kota move it the bogey chopping him to four down and bin will stay at six all right hole three four hundred five foot four three got this little tunnel that you can take or you can take the forehand outside on the left side of the trees it's really what you prefer over the fence on the right side is OB and that's about it what makes this whole so challenging is the low ceiling all the way maybe take that middle gap if you have the floor Han to get there that's probably gonna be the beat the easier path and that's what Nathan's gonna do it does have enough yeah that's pretty good you love a look and you won't see both though too many for hands but he is fantastic with the finesse game he can turn stuff over on a command pretty well he gets a tree there though here we got Ben oh he's taking the roller route and I think it's gotta get real flippy real quick and that's safe I mean easy par Jago at the forehand yeah that work have you pitch it up from there and colors got great for Han oh yeah and here's Bo after hitting that tree off the tee that's a fantastic upshot is shaping it all the way down there been a little early release or something that's gonna be a longer putt than he wanted and Jake's just laying that up he's Kota for two and just nicks off that tree Nathan will just tap in for his par this is a test reply bye-bye Ben especially with the wind did I I spot this is definitely one of the shorter holes out here not a whole lot under 450 actually all three these courses that they played were very long all right here's the shorty hole for 346 foot par 3 we got OB left on the sidewalk you can kind of bailout on the right here and you're really trying to mystery that's not that that's all you're really trying to do yeah keep it low go hard it doesn't seem like there's like a clear line to take so let's find out a lot of trees in the way Nathan's gonna go over it with the high Heiser yeah I sent come out quite a bit short here we got bill just taking that same route it looks like it's easy to swing a wide he's gotta get around that first initial tree get off that oh no that is turning and turning and turning oh stayed in bounds it's gonna be a very tricky upshot I think just got out of hand that make it through yeah a little bit definite wasn't trying to hit that first branch and bow just gonna lay up here well done Nathan's gonna try to do the same yeah just a lot of shots though I almost went in Bin's actually got a look here you can give it the height a little bit too much height great run though and Jake is just struggling nothing's coming easy to them yeah and he'll take a bogey on this hole not what you want nice par from Ben he'll be staying at six big Kota can make this it'll be at four down still there you go our eye hole 5 444 foot par 3 we got OB left sidewalk I think the route is just to throw it like a Big Sky Heiser get over these trees to get in this landing zone and try to make a putt a lot of trees to work with around the basket I believe that's a little creek that runs behind the basket that is also be Hayden's gonna go into big forehand shocker it looks like I might be gone a little bit too right yeah wait you right didn't quite hanging out there Otacon with the kind of the flex shot with the middle and this is a really tough basket to attack there's just so much stuff in the way and that wind just knocked Ben's disc right to the ground how to maybe adjusting from what he just saw and just going with the roller oh yeah go right beautiful shot by Koda he will have a look for 2j just overcooked his a little bit really we're just got three simple up shots and a birdie attempt plus a simple or still some trees to work with here they'll trying to give it a little run come on cutter oh great Ron and j-just he's all around the basket can't quite get it in here's Nathan for par oh no he'll be losing a stroke Dakota you can't just start giving code of strokes because he will take advantage of it nice pup I've been Ben's been super solid inside circle this tournament Nathan's gonna drop the six down cutter will stay at four but we'll be taking a par and Jake with a bogey all right a whole six seven hundred and seven foot par four we have sidewalk on the right OB I'm not sure if the center cut so V I don't think it is now you'll be playing along this fairway most likely gonna be throwing a hyzer off the tee got some trees to deal with the left and you really trying to break off some distance first up we got Bo and he does just the simple hi sirs keeping it safe let's see how much distance bank and break off here he's keeping a low it looks like he hit just before that that lower cut of grass if you were to hit that lower cut of grass initially that thing would have skipped the mile I believe we got Koda that should work just a standard Heiser from there and if Nathan can just stay inbounds and make the putts that he should make and he's got a good chance of winning this tournament but there was some pressure with koto right behind him yeah and Jade doesn't quite have the distance as these other guys but it's not everything though and he hangs out a little bit a little bit wide I think the win my to cut that turning a little bit or kept it straight and that's turning too much as well been with all kinds of power down the big Heiser I'll putt looks to be just outside the circle and Kota just definitely a shank job they're hitting the tree and huge shout out to ducks flying discs for putting this tournament on it's got an awesome little disc golf pro shop right in town and they put on all kinds of tournaments throughout the year and they'll be a tap-in for a poor Oh uh-oh Nathan's gonna have a very tricky pup on that tree it rolled back about ten feet uh-huh and just barely short and if Kota can make this he just got another stroke on Nathan no no can't figure out the wind load goes up and it soars right over the basket he's that's with a pretty hefty comebacker as well Oh No Kota fell with a nice birdie puts him out one bag he's creeping up there Kota with a double bogey puts him back at two down do some tap ins alright a whole 7 692 foot or four and I'm not sure if that sidewalks will be or not but gonna be playing this fairway on the left side and then you're gonna avoid that golf green net will be OB believe the sands would be as well and the fence on the right sides OB you're going down to the basket so it's really gonna be a placement shot off the tee and then trying to get down attack the basket a lot of guardian trees by these holes on this course pretty open fairways but very guarded baskets that's a pretty good play by Bo he still got a lot of distance left of the basket and Ben looks like he's putting a move on this a little bit too much Heiser though actually I'd be a pretty good angle of the basket that's a good shot here's Jake looks like that got a lot more turn than he wanted might be left with like a forehand up shot Nathan getting full flex out of this flight great shot that's exactly where you want to be it's like haram I got this little too high and he went behind that yeah he's right in that tall grass he's going with a thumper or tomahawk I don't know that went over the fence that's gonna be an OB stroke Jake with a nice up shot it fight through that tree have you pitched up from there though not quite enough distance yeah that's you just trying to right over the screen let's soar down hill to this basket great shot by Bow Wow he's left with about 20 footer for his birdie I can quite tell where that landed but I think that's gonna be in pretty good shape I'll get up keep going okay just barely getting over that it would be codons left with a spike hyzer he is struggling on this whole I mean but that's a great recovery shot it's about 15 feet out here's about her here's been for three and with this wind anything outside of 30 I mean it feels like a hundred foot hunter footers so much action with the disc with this wind and Nathan just can't quite execute that shot but with the nice birdie ice back to back he's creeping up on Kota oh my gosh Kota and he's just can't find the putter today there it is but for a double and haman coat or him and Bill were actually tied up it even though all right a whole eight 461 foot par 3 the green is OB maybe just trying to get it out where that Flags out where that red flags up yes okay so you've done it over this little creek on your upshot you want to be landing right in this area just not on the green and then you'll have a pitch up over that little creek on the hill on the other side of the sidewalk the sidewalk is OB the roads will be so the difficulties really coming with that shot here we got bow and that's it that's a fantastic spot ya ask that he's got a very very easy up shot from there here we got bin looks like he turned his over and kept a little bit too low that's gonna be a very difficult up shot probably about 300 left of the basket maybe 200 Jake should work and Nathan looks like he tried to get a lot more flex out of that but it just fades pretty much immediately he's gonna be behind that tree with a tough look we got Koda oh no I need to get down I was going on the green get off oh my gosh and he is a really struggling right now and that needs it ooh that was a fortunate break by Ben that could have easily kicked off and when it'll be but comes up just shy well as I had a great Drive you'll have a pretty manageable putt there Kota after going to OB still left himself with a 30-footer bow and absolute prime spot makes this whole look very easy it's trying to run this thing oh my gosh he's been he's been really close on those super long runs how to come up just short same with Jake sit down all right nice putt Nathan they're gonna par staying i-5 down Jake with the bogey moving the 10 Big Ben moving a 7 big Kota loses that second place spot moving to too big all right hole 9 690 foot par 4 we're really trying to throw a hyzer just in front of these trees as far as you can and just slowly make your way up this I feel fairway not gonna be see no bees but you just gotta get off those trees and this hole probably feels more like a like 750 feet with this uphill here we got beau who is now in second place looks like that's going a little bit to strike up that tree yeah and it's gotta be pretty much all hives were the whole way but I mean I should be fun you know I thought of you seen a the first backhand from Nathan but he just decides to go with the Flex forehand and throws it absolutely perfect wow that's a very tough shot and this is the more standard route right here keeping it low trying to get a skip he kind of digs into the ground a little bit but and Jake saw Nathan with that success he's gonna try for himself you should I get turning so much and yeah that looks like a spade now it's hard to trust your discs that much to really shape it around those that tree line Cotto's gotta try to get something going here that's looking pretty good Oh okay stay in bounds that road is OB this is the problem with swinging out too too much you got this low ceiling when you're trying to throw as far as you possibly can he's banned looks like he might uh I was I kind of come out yeah a little bit too much turn but very good upshot still and bow nothing left with the roller pretty much oh go right okay he stays safe I'll just take oh is that row skip I look fantastic first a little bit short of the basket but my have a look for a three nathan leaving his a little bit short you over run though and it's hard to trust yourself to run these long puss with this wind you can get out of hand in a hurry so Ben she's gonna lay up as well curious what Nathan's gonna do here oh yeah Nathan with the birdie moving him to six down and he's just doing everything right and Kota nothing's quite going his way that's a good part for pi right there and there's
