2019 Winter Warm Up | Final RD, B9, MPO | Hancock, Harbolt, Keith, Knight, Lawson

hello hello welcome back to the 2019 winter warm-up this is the back nine we are at tom old man McCutcheon Park in Louisville Texas so far we got GT Hancock and Emerson Keith tied at 12 down Trevor horrible at 11 and then landed Knight and Clayton Lawson not too far behind so yeah really good really good golf going on we've got quite a battle yeah we did it's gonna be a fun fun watch yep all right getting straight into it we are at hole 10 this is a part three 287 feet this one is very similar to the last hole in regards to it carrying way right after the initial gap so you really just want to throw a similar line to the last one just a low forehand skip shot that gets a really big flare skip to the right yeah I'd say the backhands more in play on this holding last but before hand still for sure the preferred route yeah after two birdies in a row oh yeah it's that's important make that three yeah very nice shot it's making a run here just Everson keeping it nice and low yes you can tell it is just like Jail with all these trees some of the basket we got GT thank you oh yeah squeaks all the way around it very nice shot right there next to land in looks like he might be able to get a stroke on Emerson well it was wait and see if he can connect that but Jeffery putting out a nice shot little short but that's a putt yeah he's down there mm-hmm Clayton going with the backhand route that's that rock isn't it yeah it's a 2014 Macbeth oh wow Rock 3 her Mac Pro rock 3 it's an oldie mm-hmm and he's found himself in those bushes there it's gonna be tough but an image has to a knee around those trees yeah he's just gonna lay up Trevor to stay in it yeah hit about one chain but it stays in yeah it's pro side this pro side and it was a step us it was pretty much already guaranteed to go in with him Clayton just really looked like a fun spot yeah he has nothing here that gets out and we'll be able to salvage the park I'm soon to save his par so you know how Merson doesn't really like stare at the basket whole time it's like he stares as this and he looked up and he goes yeah I think that's like to help his mental game like maybe over things see whenever he looks at the basket too long does it thank you when I look at the basket too long yeah cuz I think germ can I do that too yeah Jeremy just goes germ dis rushes his whole thing yeah he sees it he steps up yet works yeah all right whole 11 this is par-3 228 feet it carries straight through these trees and then it's just slightly to the right so you can throw a flip-up forehand you can throw a dead straight shot with the mid-range really whatever you're comfortable throwing yeah not to the nice forehand on the last always gonna go back to it yeah just found that tree just a little bit too straight I think you wanted that the highs are out right before that yeah I'll style look though yeah with the backhand yeah a little bit left yeah it's gonna be left with a long putt about 60 or 70 doors open for Emerson to tie the lead and Trevor Trevor feel way too low with not enough Annie really just a Miss throw yeah and only skinny fairways I prefer to go with the four-inch so I can see my capital way not quite comfortable enough to fill the backhand mm-hmm so that's just a personal problem there's no rock you can flipping it up nice though that's looking perfect yeah oh hello two miles deep he's gonna be left with about 35 40 feet from there it looks like a pretty open putt though I like this yeah how sweet without a benefit he made a disastrous who's Emerson to Ty oh so close yeah oh yes have a nasty roll - yeah yeah that's really more Talent we got Landon trying to go back-to-back birdies house for four in a row four birdies in a row I was just counting this round but yeah for this video no it was a well right yeah that's gonna be a pretty long come back here - mm-hmm Clayton for the solo bird mmm-hmm just kind of got away from me yeah I know what's going on everyone's putts kind of been haywire on this hole let's get they can pull it together he hit balls that so weird missed from Trevor there here's Emerson after just a really unfortunate rule away that's a good putt right in there put some authority behind that but oh no Lanny went from a birdie look to a bogey that's gonna put him at eight down and landing or Clayton will stay at nine down as well oh no I'm telling you I don't know what's going on this is a cursed basket yeah come on Trevor you have to make this there there we go and Trevor will be taking a bogey to put him out of Leven and I'm thinking Trevor's gonna be getting in attack mode here soon yeah and GT is gonna be tough and in a bogey as well yep so that's that will put him tied with Emerson we got to at 12 one at 11 yeah yeah let's see if they can bounce back here here yeah all right we are on to a hole 12 this is a par 4 the only par four out on this course 523 feet it did rain quite a bit the week before so you have this Creek that probably gnarly not there yeah he's not Opie but you really just want to throw a layup shot you can throw a mid-range with a slight hyzer or you can throw a forehand over the OB Road you just want to land to the left of the fairway there to have a clear look for your up shot yeah this this fairway is just a little too skinny to get aggressive so yeah they'll just be throwing a mid-range maybe a driver but just land right here by Emerson know yourself perfect yeah he was tough with an open up shot I'm just gonna be careful not to get pinched off on the right side that were P about even with Emerson their landings going with that forehand beautiful and that will work it might be a little tucked into those bushes on the right side but should be able to get up to the basket GT going with a really low route yeah but he got a fantastic skip and just kept going down the fairway yeah and that's actually didn't end bad spot you want it yeah behind those bushes on the right it's just really hard to get that angle to the basket and he can't see the basket yeah and it looks like a script locked a little bit yep and he's gonna end up in the bushes there may have assists mean that's still gonna be basically the same shot as blowing out before that so he's taking some relief and that is aiming too early yeah just too much on it he's got the pitch out from there probably tapping for his bog mm-hmm GT with a forehand he's got a little bit better of a look than I thought this is looking really nice Wow yeah he has had some fantastic up Shasta's around yeah he has hole two very similar shot his short game is on point yeah I'm sure he wasn't really expecting oh my gosh I'm sure he wasn't exactly expecting to you know I have a bunch of up shots on this course but he's making them work Blaney going back with or not letting me Clayton going back with that rock and almost throws it in flashing the chains barely right I assumed that would have been the solo deuce on the the whole tournament yeah Landon just kind of sought that off into the bushes trevor going with this pancake shot oh it seems like he's kind of rattled then you think it's kind of bad things are happening went up to the other my pn his head a little bit can this putt and he is gonna have to settle for an elbow I believe so yeah which is really unfortunate because we've got a tight race up it here up and yeah in the leaderboard there we go I guess it was just a bogey it was Clayton with the par yeah and you gotta be careful in this hold really you gotta really execute that first shot you know you're laying up it's still you need getting that pran spot to make your second shot very easy yeah Emerson shown you exactly how to play that hole yep well done all right we were on the hole 13 this is a par 3 385 feet but it feels like 450 yeah this is a hole that Emerson was teaching that kid out of you know throw it yeah from various orders thrown the bombs but you really just wanna throw something out to the left side and have it turn and then you want a little bit of weight fade as well kind of a touchy distance shot really yeah you can throw forehand as well if you want to play the safer route yeah you got a bomber forehand that's really the play kind of takes the road out of the question and this Emerson's throwing a great shot yeah it was very nice yeah he's circles edge there qts got some power on to getting it way up there looks like it's turning a little bit too much though and it does yeah he'll be laying up in there yeah and this looks turned over as well from Clayton he's gonna be just short of GTS Drive hey we got a forehand yeah and he did not get the flip up that he was wanting on that one yeah that or I think it was I think was trying to aim a little bit more left in e-town I just came out early yeah Trevor looking at this real close he's thrown away left and that it's turned over really nicely that is incredible absolutely perfect that's and that's how you bounce back after a couple casts tropical storm yeah that's well done by Trevor Landen putting a good run on there I think that road behind I'm kind of scared him a little bit yeah coming down down yeah come downhill putt too they want to risk anything he's already tied for the lead yep maybe not anymore not for long nope Emerson taking the lead 14 down yeah his foot is on the gas now great putt by Clayton handin tapping in the par we have just a couple more tappings for par or no Trevor with the pork Joe Gillis yeah park topper very good very good Drive great Drive that was fun to watch live I love those does just like slow turning balls just in shots yeah all right we are on the hole 14 this is part three 270 feet you really want to throw something through this right gap here and have it skip left to the basket but you don't want it to skip too much because there is the parking lot slash road there so I don't know maybe a mid-range I think putters is all you need really yeah I mean you can throw mid-range but if you want to pump the brakes on I think putters way to go yeah it's perfect it looks like Emerson was playing the skip there and did it perfectly you know Emerson's a threat every tournament but if it's his home course he's really someone to watch it before yeah gt's really playing the skip doing it but oh my gosh they hit a root it had to them yeah looks like we almost got a double skip a yeah thought of itself on just clayton putting it out really wide and swings back nicely yeah they're all playing the this skipper out I like it yep why not after you see all four of those he's gonna be masters edge yeah and he needs to make this if you wants to try get as much money as possible there you go but I put him at nine down Trevor at 12 and that's actually a justice I hate that are they just put in the bag it's stupid overstable but Emerson a 15 down looks like a starboard right yeah first our bird of the round turn up let's go GT tap it with the left hand I like it just holding that one back from Emerson hole 15 this is a par 3 316 feet there is a turnover line that you can throw the preferred route by most players is probably a forehand it's kind of tight its kind of low ceiling too yeah because there is like a lot of Guardian trees right in the entrance there as you can see so you want to throw it out maybe have a little bit of flip up to it and late fade yep like the forehand though never since throw not a really nice shot oh yeah yeah he's right there it's gonna heaven out with another obstructed putt but he's so close I think he can manage with it our first roller of the round this shot the crap out of me I couldn't believe I saw roller May kind of worked yeah he got down there but it was gonna go way far it had Statuary not a makeable putt and GT he saw that line he's like you know i'ma try to that me it's this swing right immediately he's gonna be even deeper behind those bushes I never throw something over the top Clayton going with that turnover shot pretty well done yeah just short of that entrance he's gonna be left with about 50 feet there yeah still that coming man is really just had a lot of bad luck yeah ground with the trees and he's trying to get himself back in it but just making our form yeah great upshot yeah really good upshot be able to tap in his par there Clinton we have Clayton probably 60 maybe 55 50 oh okay he's feeling that great pub by Clayton I believe this is GTV is him way back there she's shot yeah be able to save the three Oh Trevor almost doing the same yeah alright and this is Emerson for two strokes on GT and he does it that puts him at 16 under par yeah whenever Emerson's feeling his putt it's he's gonna make him all say like cutie will stay at 14 Trevor at 12 at Trevor's after that had a really awesome burden last week unfortunately took the par there yeah all right we are on the hole 16 this is a part 3 if 356 feet you really just want to throw something maybe like a fairway driver or something like a PDE or a like a Thunderbird and something with a little bit of flip up to it and then you want to skip left and just keep a little ceiling off that way as well just keep it low and you really I say they're banking on a pretty big skip just yeah I guess I'm over stable and crank on it just like that oh my gosh I did not realize it was that close I was he was really close we should be able to salvage a birdie there looks a little high but it looks like it's weak through yeah it does sneak through all those branches totally fine now this is a time where GT feels like he absolutely needs to birdie this hole yeah this is a must for him he's not a chance at all at the first prize money oh I hit the tree nearly caught the tree that I was gonna roll up a right onto the basket they should still be able to get the bird from there got a real low shot and we little bit too much flip up need some skip and he ended up behind that tree there yeah his just grow a little bit too straight for him but I still got shot yeah still great shot he'll be able to keep the bird there long oh and an inside I'm assuming he did not mean to go that wide no but he ends up up there he's putting yeah mmm-hmm just a little bit wide from Landon and here's Clayton to tie it up with Trevor oh and I hid the ring that holds the chains together yet helped right out I hate when I hit that thing yeah because it's like the ugliest fit-outs like that was literally inside the basket and it's just somehow came out put Emerson at 17 down he is now three strokes ahead of GT clutch make that two very clutch putt Trevor with a nice birdie they're putting him at 13 under par for the par yeah Lyndon like I mean over always had a great tournament he's had a bunch of small things happened yeah exactly trees rollaways you know it happens happens to the best of us all right we are on to hole 17 this is a part three 382 feet it's really just a bomb Heiser yoga for these guys because there is a pretty clear right gap off the tee that you can see and get out of the way guys it's prefer to film some film holes here oh yeah that was me with ya yeah but um yeah just just a big Heiser have it skip a little bit left you don't to be careful of going along because it gets pretty nasty in those bushes so yeah said it all expecting Emerson to be able to get to the basket here so yeah very low ceiling that's not a thing I keep it real low and kind of bank on the skip this looks kind of high but yeah it's great though fine this way through oh that's that's just like what you saw yeah yeah it's gonna go too deep it's so close to that it shouldn't really matter yeah he's gonna need that to flip up I'm just gonna end up short there surprised he took that middle one I don't think you meant to they mean to I think you meant for that to pop up a little bit more or get it wider either one of those and that that's a perfect Drive from GT it's exactly what he needed yeah now put a little bit of pressure on Emerson - yeah yeah you'll see Chris throwing more riding lot clean asking for it to get over he's about pin-high short about 30 out oh not even 20 yeah I should be able to make that flexing one out there he's gonna be about 45 short you know he had a chewy shock another long yeah let's get up some Trevor hmm just a little short from Landon yeah you had the red line yeah I'm just not enough mustard on it and here's Emerson oh and that's gonna open the door for GT yeah on this last hole and make it a one stroke game he's gotta ace it yeah we needed a GT ace on this next hole well I mean he can just birdie it for a tie or tie huh true that Trevor and far Trevor will be right there with uh Emerson and GT if it wasn't for it signals a couple of holes yeah yeah just a one hole really that par-4 yeah I got him some mental errors but yeah you'll learn from it yeah all right that is going to bring us to our last hole hole 18 this is a par 3 235 feet really just a gonna hit this small gap here with the mid-range of putter and have it Heiser to the left really short hole as long as you can hit this gap cleanly then you're gonna have a look at it yeah I'll know if it's just me or not but those cars on the right side kind of get in your head a little bit they definitely do and that can make you maybe pinched off of it to the left and won't GT is not worried about yeah um I wouldn't guess that those cars are there usually cuz I mean that's pretty big this park was slammed yeah cars all the way down the down the roads this is looking good from claisen Clayton Clayton the ask great shot great way of finish and Emerson is trying to not mess anything up here and could you imagine if that kicked right yeah and instead he's got a 15-foot birdie but yep may not have been so disastrous I feel like it would have hazard back in bounds though with the angle yeah and Trevor just super early release those that run into the trees yeah it's gonna be kind of a tricky out from there too this is great from Landon maybe a little deep yeah little deep it looks like a putter any through 11 it's still in deep Trevor is just in jail yeah he's had to throw this type of shot a couple times good things he's good at those understand that look haha are you kidding me he is does he practice that shot I mean come on Lance he'll be taking a par yeah Emerson further when the guaranteed win at least a super guaranteed one oh yeah so is this like his his third win this year all right there's his third one he's played three tournaments this year and has won all three that is stiff so he just Turkey his opening season he's yeah that's a sweep and hopefully we see some more wins out of him I'm sure we will oh yeah he is uh he's coming out the gates hot although the top guys out there be where's crazy because he has Emerson Keith is coming for ya yeah and he still has like you know six more years until he's in his prime all right that's crazy I'm excited I have to I'm rooting for him yeah definitely super nice guy - yeah this car was just really really good vibes yeah Roy everyone that we filmed this this weekend were super nice and makes me want to come back and film in Texas yeah well once again congrats to Emerson Keith for taking down and going three for three in his 2019 so debut winning by one stroke over GT Hancock and
