what is up everybody we are back with the final round coverage of 2019 winter warm-up in Lewisville Texas sponsored by dynamic discs my name is Gabriel Dao and I'm here with Bobby Cox how's it goin everyone looks like last round GT Hancock coming out with the hot round shooting the nine down Trevor and Emerson tied at eight and then land in night and Clayton Lawson at seven down so yeah yeah last equation yeah last course was very tackle this course is pretty tackle two it's a little more tricky but yeah it's a very fun course yeah on the we're really you ready this is a whole one in two part three a little 183 feet it does carry downhill you really just want to throw I mean you can throw a forehand you can throw a straight putter shot as long as you throw it hard and low it's gonna skip up to the basket there is sand surrounding the basket so you don't get as much skip if you land kind of in the circle those four that's good but yeah it's some kind of want to be careful about here we got GT sponsored by teen chain Society and I'm now put yeah that's fine you got Schreber with a disc raft turning over a putter and that's that's what I like to doing this whole just a slow turnover or just a dead straight mid-range yeah that look like a putter I mean you can do either yeah yeah he should be able to tap in the birdie there there's Emerson with the justice that's got to be very beaten in I mean I feel like he's done that thing a thousand times a year and you can tell that shot yeah you have Landon Knight gonna be thrown a similar line to Emerson maybe not do that way too high yeah he's be careful stay safe though we left with a long putt Clayton Lawson making his way on the GK pro coverage once again we send them back in the Oklahoma Hope and so good to have him on the card again and Boo that's why I don't out swing it yeah that's why he's on the five week heart here making putts like that that was a great putt little Annie around the tree not an easy line GT Hancock I think he's big germs twin si I don't think he looks that much like maybe it's just leering yeah I put but I think he looks like big German Elise Elise you know yeah ooh and that sneaks over barely Trevor made like ten jump putts last round yeah step huts you know and good putt by Emerson looks like we got three birdies and two pars and it was a little bit chilly down this hole wasn't it yeah absolutely just this hole yeah because the wind was just blowing all that cold water yeah all right we were on the hole - this is a par three two hundred eighteen feet really the play is most people will be thrown over the top here just to take all these trees out of play but if your conference confident with your release point you can throw this gap on the right side and kind of pray it gets all the way there because like I said there is a lot of trees in this fairway so over the top is yes you're the power from play yeah if you have the power for the over the top it's definitely the way to go you gotta get it up really high as you can tell these trees are pretty close to the tee pad so you gotta throw it from a straight up in the air yeah yeah that's fine don't they oh yeah doc pin-high yeah in high circles edge it looks like Emerson's going with just spike hyzer forehand just a big forehand finishing a little bit right yeah that's gonna be pretty deep actually and he's just gonna be forced with the layup there yeah you have a bunch of trees in the way to hone that putt yeah I feel like I've never really seen Clank going over over the top shot before I know I haven't but this is looking good oh my gosh that starts very good and he'll be tapping in a bird there it looks like he's lining up the back end the only one on the card to try it a little grip lock there yeah that's well he got a little he got a good little kick there at the end yeah it doesn't help that that second shot was gonna be a blind shot it looks like that hill looks like Landon's oh yeah I've gotta go back band and I think I need to turn yeah that that was just released a little bit early on his part and he's gonna be by the next holes tee pad yeah it's gonna be a common theme to see a bunch of trees down by the the basket you can see lob up strut obstructed putts so you gotta get creative also really good up from GT as you can see here Emerson up in the straddle out who kind of flashes in front of the basket to get up from Emerson we got Landon putting from the tee pad I'm gonna split the trees here and put it just too low there you go Trevor with a really good birdie and this is a par 55 course see ya par for all and hold 12 I believe Trevor's taking the lead here on hole two he's now one ahead of GT yeah you might have seen a Trevor on some Joe mez I think it was a Veterans Park open or one of the Texas tournaments yeah we got Landon with Heiser Baum shout-out Matt ciri he actually came down to help caddy for him yeah for this round you know he saw he was only card he's that I might as well stop buying caddie yeah and speaking of Matt ciri we're actually gonna be filming a tournament for him this weekend at mohawk Park in Oklahoma that should be we should have that out next week so I'd definitely be looking out for that premier courses some of the best ones in Tulsa yeah you've seen you've seen them on the Oklahoma open coverage yes I'll be the same courses so yep hole theory this is a par 32 and 42 feet really you just want to throw a hyzer over the water and have it crash in because the right side gap really isn't there they actually played on the sand instead of the actual tee pad here yeah down closer towards the water yeah so it actually kind of made the line easier to the basket in my opinion yeah and to really get it close you got to push it so far to the left to get around all these trees all right that aligned with the water and then the green is just there really isn't the green yeah bunch of rocks bunch of rocks on a hill yeah so setting it on top of but sticking that green is gonna be really hard surprise these guys I don't see these guys going back in right yeah it's I know Clayton prefers back in on most things yeah yeah I'd be going forehand all day yeah I do not have the confidence in my turn okay I can or the proper discs this is looking good from Emerson just popping a forehand out there wide and yeah he's about level with the basket he's about 25 G's he's got a great forehand as well this was looking good might be end up a little bit short but that's just fine he's right down the hill as long like on this on this hole especially as long as you're putting you are very satisfied Alana's trying to go over the top of all the trees looks like you threw it up just a little bit too high and he's gonna end up in the bushes over there that's not gonna be a fun upshot that shirts laying this up try to get on that top level trying to avoid the role ways and it can drop Soph behind this basket to who and fortunately he hit those branches and kind of stuff yeah cuz there is a drop-off there and that's something real bad yeah Lana's just laying up here should be able to tap in three and this is Emerson to die de I'd the lead with Trevor beautiful oh yeah one thing I've noticed with Emerson is he really takes his time with all the shots mm-hmm I think that's a key factor on why he's playing so salty yep yeah he's been playing so well it's got a really smooth putt too nice putt there by GT and we you're gonna have a three-way tie this is gonna be a very exciting final round I'm feeling so we got three Signet ten clayton at nine and internet yeah even sevens I mean right come back from there yeah oh yeah scary death pub yeah ladies you'll make that all dead save and these are some pretty old baskets so got to be very careful yeah we might see the oldest of them yeah here in some later holes all right hold for this is gonna be a par three 280 feet but man 200 you feed that it feels like it plays like 350 because it's uphill from the tee box and you really just want to throw a forehand Heiser and have a skip so you don't want to have it too high just kind of throw it mid tree heights and how it skips to the right yeah and that road is OB on the left side so gotta be careful about kicking off trees and Emerson is doing something crazy Wow that's not I dare I didn't even realize he threw that how he almost killed you he did like wow oh you're just trying figure out where that noise came from like yeah which is I was not expecting it to come from that left side yeah again I was trying to warn you cuz I could see him lining it up but I just that's gonna do it ooh well GT was fortunate to not find the OB there just stopped right before it drivers going with a turnover here yeah about pin-high now it's gonna be a sanely scary run but I'm sure you'll just like that up yeah that's the thing with the turnover those you really want to get something that holds that turn right so it fades out too early then you're ending up like 50 deep oh no and that's not what you want say that was starting - Amy - that would have been really nice yeah we saw we saw one of those from the from landon first round - just to miss out there it's DT from just short of the Oh b-beautiful Upshaw that's great he'll be able to tap in a3 they're just Clayton for three after going OB just line it up yeah that's still a putt yeah a little bit short about 25 maybe yeah 25 30 suppose edge and Landon and I look real crappy spot there yeah some presidents him throw for him there maybe that maybe didn't every room yeah yeah yeah yeah because sometimes like I'll like step up to it am i up Kathy I can get a forehand here and then I do I will practice swing it yeah hitting every branch behind me that was a great bogey say it wasn't he definitely needed that one mrs. Emerson to take the lead in an awkward spot you can't really tell how much that Bush is like hanging over his face yeah he was in it was that's a great putt and that's what I'm talking about if you're inside today is it's probably not gonna win yeah yeah the thought really soft yeah these ain't no mock exes no not at all it's the polar opposite actually yeah all right we are owned a hole 5 this is a par 3 277 feet there's this gap down the middle you can hit that and the baskets just up this hill a little bit to the left there is an over-the-top shot if you got the arm but yeah I think we'll see most of these guys take this tunnel gap down the middle yeah it's kind of tricky because you got the low ceiling and the second half of the fairway is up hills you're trying to squeak it through that gap if I had the arm over top shot is what I'd be doing all day that's not good actually really nice I thought was gonna hire out more but he's cruising over those trees and he'll be a little short yeah he's gonna be about 45 50 feet from there hopefully doesn't have any branches in his way that seems to be the trend and GT just through that a little bit too right and caught that bush trevor putting out a nice shot here yeah Trevor likes to tell the cranks that actually that's like six of them that actually went right in between my legs okay so so I like could sworn a hit your foot but then as I was editing I was like alright heels right definitely not hit him yeah Cruz Daniel player you say anything to you yeah her like nice dance moves okay at least they weren't calling you out for it almost hitting you yeah Landon going with the over-the-top shot as well this is looking really nice they can keep going yeah yeah he's gonna be a little bit left long putt but um have a pretty clear look at the basket it's a little short yeah that's great do that he was like he said that feels awful Clayton just laying up as well oh and uh Landon has missed the dodge couple things more of an obstructed putt than I thought here's Emerson for a two-stroke lead can he do it hmm almost just short yeah he was probably like 50 out it look a little bit further than that yeah and the angle this is Trevor from after squeaking through the lid oh you must mean that yeah he did Wow I didn't see real time and get far say from GT yeah you're not too mad taking upon this whole a lot of things to mess it up a good par say from Trevor looks like we got Emerson holding the lead that's part by Landon you know we're sitting at the tap-in for three as well yep not too disappointed star par yes it looks out all right I'm hole six this is gonna be a par three 363 feet you really just want to throw something straight density way yeah maybe a fairway driver or distance driver as long as it just carries straight all the way there's this little island that the basket is on there's not an OB aside from the sidewalk on the left side of the fairway but it's hard to hard to go a go beyond this hole yeah there's a lot of trees in the fairway kind of like this little bunch right in front of the green mm-hmm takes a little bit of luck to gall the way down there but as long as you're within sixty yeah I'm gonna get ideally you want to hit those wooden posts in front of the basket on that island just the same to mulch up a little bit more I think he's happy with that though yeah I hope you left with about 60 70 feet there Chiti trying to match it it's looking good and he is right next to Emerson you have Trevor I believe he threw a Firebird here I heard yeah and I was like that's the Filippis thing always diss craft oh no he is dis craft yeah what did I thank you 35 I think I was a crank okay yeah he feels a lot of cranks okay and here's a different hole in a different player that's all it's on yeah you're definitely a delusional get off Clayton putting it really low all the way behan high yeah that's crazy he's gonna be a long putt though yeah don't want a straight shot 360 two minutes that's gotta be like one of the hardest things to do right in disc golf it's like they've got a shot perfectly yeah you got at the height and angle the disc perfectly and it's just like yeah that's repetition right there you put the reps in you can do it but if you're not experienced it's enough to happen at hashtag Emerson Keith he's yeah he has plenty of practice basically turned me every weekend ooh and he really wanted that one well I mean that's what happens review make every single putt an hour before this oh that was brutal yeah that was like I was lightly right of the pole which is where you want to aim it yeah it was literally the perfect putt I don't know how that didn't stick and interesting getting close to just a little too low he's gonna go ahead and tap in for his par keeping him at 11 down I highly hit that if that branch I'm sure you didn't see it right that was you oh it seems like the ninja branches the ninja branches when you're so focused on the chains and you release it and it's just where did that come from landing tapping in the park come on GT ice get car safe from GT as well wonder if he drives a Mustang yeah Mustang GT ha ha that was too cheesy all right we were on to hole 7 this is a par 3 400 feet I hate you so much hole 7 400 400 feet basically just a massive Heiser over the water yeah pretty much you want to throw over the water as hard as you can and we actually parked this hole I was kind of surprised with your week on well I'm just kidding whoa I know well you attacked me so I attack you that's looking really nice remember son oh yeah about 20 feet out being high that's all you can ask for and that take that all day we've got GT you gonna try to go a similar line even better perfect yeah that is a drop into that's good as you can do there so Trevor crushes I found out yeah you thought as far those are real far he's yeah that's a great shot right there by Emerson making minis but this way out wide a Heiser right now okay wasn't that well all these guys with great shot so far we have Landon I'm sure lining up similar line but this looks really saw very sad off and he's gonna be pretty short there he's gonna jump out it though great in the Allen really good run that's a go saw but again if you go amp side on these baskets it's not going in very nice pop i clayton put him at nine down yep this lake was much bigger than I was expecting yeah it was huge this whole course is beautiful that I mean I have to come back here for sure yeah great putt by Trevor yeah that one Linds he is now tied with Emerson at 11 here's Emerson from about 15 feet yeah and this is coming in a little bit too hot ain't Aloha just balanced try out that pole yeah you don't like seeing that though yeah it wasn't something that I'd be like that's a bad putt and he deserved it but yeah and he was with that putt he was gonna hold the lead and now he's tied with GT and Trevor you know what that makes it better for the viewers that's true that's very true hole eight that's this is a par three 220 feet it is downhill you there's like a for forehand flex line there's also a backhand skip shot the right side is a little bit more dangerous because there is more trees you can hit I mean I personally through the Flex forehand I still hit a tree but yeah I threw a I think the back end ahead tree so yeah I definitely think the backhand skipped shots the way to go yeah got a little more control with it opposed to the forehand flex mm-hmm but I mean you really do have to squeak through a lot of stuff you do Trevor may be that you're holding a low line yeah but he's about circles edge there yeah really like even if you hit a tree you're still putting like it's such a short hole that you can make a mistake and you're still okay and that was like the best-looking one you got robbed yeah that right so I had a lot more trees and he heimer since that first tree that might not be able to put he's probably about 50 60 feet from there we've been putting out a nice-looking shot oh the love tap yeah good tree yeah very good tree let's get try yeah right on line it's kind of cool after the round we saw Emerson kind of given some lessons to couple kids yeah remember that yeah just want some bombs yeah turning over defender so stupid things so incomprehensible to me yeah he's gonna be like one of the bass that just like those accurate massive flood shots yeah it seems like every time he it's like over 440 he's yeah yeah it makes no sense nice birdie from landon them yep he needed that one trying to stay in it you know if Clayton's going to mow up open he is he is gonna go be there yeah I saw his name on my roster she'll be filming hammer on the roster on the roster thirty man roster six-man team disc golf we need to film a skin soon I thought that'd be a lot of fun yeah yeah that would be good birdie from GT I understand it's gonna be tapping in his par and GT took the lead there yeah he did he's sitting at 12 so yeah whole nine this is a par 3222 feet it carries way right and there's a lot of trees you really just want to throw a low a low forehand and have it take a big flare skip to the right that's really the only play yeah I can see yeah not really a turnover line yeah there's so many trees there any up a ton of a knee on it mm-hmm it's hard to get that height with the skinny fairway to so yeah forehand Stephanie way to go all right here we have our leader that forehand line now nice and low that was the perfect throw yeah I was looking really good might have been an ace run I wanna say for my angle and I saw it coming in I was like that might have a chance maybe a skip base yeah well yeah that's what I'm no good Oh like that like that yeah I forgot that happen great shot from Landon one was that was maybe a Sabo I'm really over stable yeah that was just too wide from Trevor Oh No Oh watch out Clayton almost catching the next card I kind of say to you guys say I did say heads-up it might have been like a half a second before a hit ground yeah so maybe a little bit late but I tried yeah they kind of gave me the the skunk I after that shot haha Brett what's going on here a little bit early herbal warning that was a good shot from Emerson he's gonna be about 25 Trevor's just trying to do something here no no look at all those trees in nothing GT just wide doors open for Emerson yep this is to tie for the lead though oh yeah it seemed like it was like his fifth straddle this round yeah he's had a lot of weird lies he and Trevor to
