what is up everybody welcome back to the final round of the 2019 winters last blast at Hillcrest Country Club in Vernon Texas Kota Hatfield is just way ahead of the game right now he is ahead by nine strokes to Dillon and eight strokes to land in so yeah hopefully he can just keep that lead going and take the win we got a little battle for second though yeah we do Lane and he's really playing pretty good honestly yeah all right hole 11 par three this is a 266 foot hole there is this gap straight through which most people will be taking the forehand through and then there also is a big sky hazard line over the right side as well yeah if you have a forehand on I don't see why you wouldn't throw that but Kota just going over the top of everything and putting it right next to the best way how it worked out great and that is not OB by the way yeah that it's just OB behind that fence there yeah it's not like a de Ville yo that will strip on hole two or two every little that is - just saw a grenade from Dillon there yeah I'm wondering if his fingers are hurting after that because every time I throw one of those it feels like it's just ripping my skin off right and he goes by a hundred feet this was looking a little sawed off from Billy yeah he made the adjustment from last round by getting it up in the air a bit more but a little bit too much fade he'll still have a putt though got Lana night really good at four hands Oh flashing the chains home we'll skip it straight in but he'll have a pretty easy putt for his bird yeah we need to film another ace soon all right that eagle one was just way too cool yeah it was awesome I was trying not to freak out behind the camera is this like it's hard to do yeah you're like trying to stay still and you're like don't forget don't freak out yeah dope don't move the camera and Billy with a beautiful putt they're gonna put them at 9-under par Landon yeah just a tad too high and I'll have to settle for a par that's frustrating here we have Cota for bird oh no that's it all out of the basket and so that's in bounce that is in bounce yeah it's just the fence behind thank God I would have rolled if it rolled through the barbed wire then it would have been out of bounds but he saved the par there unfortunate pars from Kota and Landon there yeah and kodos putting with those maidens shouts that person the comments I can't member your name but we appreciate it you know letting us know what people are throwing helps us out all right hold 12 this is a par-3 3rd and 40 foot or a 44 foot hole you're really just throwing a big four hand into a sky eyes or forehand or code has been throwing a little bit lower forehand and it's been working out yeah backhand he got worried with those wires those power lines can be little bit sketchy so Steve manie's hit one of those earlier yeah that worked out great yeah so we got like a little bit right to left wind kotas putting yes ii i thought that was a run yeah no it's a little bit short but that's basically where he's been at all three rounds he's played this whole perfect three 4:30 don't put a nice one out there as well a really nice shot from doing is this officially the MU hole yeah with those cows there that's how you know we're in Texas he shot there as well his landing furthest one of the bunch and he's only about 15-20 feet yeah Atticus on okay Barry from Landon Billy's gobby feeling the pressure that cow just staring him right in the eyes oh the cow Jaco I don't dude he got mood nice birdie there by doing oh yeah put him at 15 under par just Kota for the birdie as well and he will move to 24 still holding my lead yeah there's just no stopping that guy he's just on a tear it's a man on a mission yeah all right we are on to what wait we're gonna be a oh you know a closer look at the house yeah that's Betsy to the left hey Betsy that is uh Hilda on the in the middle there elbow where do you that name from I don't know alright a hole 13 we are actually on this hole now yeah part three 318 feet there is a center gap which we've seen co2 take with that explorer and just lace it there is also a little path skip road around the right side and then also a forehand line as well you really just want to be careful of going too low if you're going down the middle yeah it's actually one of the more technical holes out here pretty difficult to and this is going way left and he is on the golf green he is OB on the green over there so Wow yeah I'm surprised to see him go for that hyzer line yeah I think that Wayne must have just kind of picked up and just kind of carry it because it was only good line I first yeah just kept on going X he parked at that first ground with right or yeah had to have been the wind yeah he's he's a smart enough player to make those kind of adjustments yeah and landings gonna try and adjust from Cota shot looking good and oh yeah yeah I got a little bit of help that is fantastic yeah big about 20-25 out maybe yep and this is kind of an opportunity for Linden here yeah with Cota going out of bounds in an early release there by Billy hitting that first tree yep nice up from Billy Dylan sure he's gonna try and give this little run yes maybe nice well it's pretty far and yeah yeah it's kind of awkward awkward lie there yeah and Codel with they were really good par saved that was this is land in for a stroke on Kota kept it just a little bit too low Oh Justin yeah just a total shank job yeah miss release man gonna beat three puting one guess for parting if you're including that kind of that layup but yeah unfortunate just got to set them back a little bit the double bogey you know it'll bring them to 13 in a bar oh right hole 14 this is a par 3 345 feet you really just thrown something dead straight and hard because it's kind of this evenly long even though it's down hills like it plays a little long you really just want to make sure you get over that water yep oh no code it off the branch yeah let's stay inbounds let's say it was if he's gonna have a very very difficult up shot I think he's got to go to the top of that stuff yeah this final gap yeah Kota tends to find those gaps and throw that like super Heiser through it yeah this is looking pretty good and get over oh yeah it's a really good shot from Landon and he now has an opportunity big time upper to get a stroke on Kota once again unless Kota can have the craziest throwing ever hey I hope so ooh oh my okay yeah that's fine could you imagine if that way in the water yeah that would be and you probably would have like been able to see it from the t-ball never say he would have been mind blown and Dylan was just leaking right there yeah you had the right idea pushing that right side but looks like Cota has a little gap here oh no no he doesn't he's coming over the top Wow Wow that is that is such a hard shot to do especially with all that water there that's that's a thousand rated child yeah that is why why he's thousand rated yeah shots like that nice birdie by laying the way to bounce back after that missed opportunity last oh yeah here's Billy for two just a little bit too low yeah he's got something going on mental here yeah that's messing them up something weird with those inside the circle putts today I mean I've been there too though it's it's so bad at us we have no confidence it's just so much harder mm-hmm coated with a really really nice per se from where he was at the the thing I will say though about Billy is he keeps his composure very well yeah he definitely does like he is staying super calm and yep he's still connecting with his drives very positive yeah all right hold 15 this is a par 3 241 feet this is a must get for these guys you really just throw any spike hyzer out right hoping you don't find the power line and like stephenie's did last year round which is really unfortunate so yeah he was so unlucky that round yeah yeah but yeah I say the biggest mistake on this hole is people will Heiser out wait too far left and they'll push that Sidewalk OB yeah so you got be careful with that and Landon just nicking that branch but pin-high though yeah that's a putt from there Oh to throw in same line yeah yeah he also kind of got eaten up by those branches but he made up there he's got 30 out and this looks weight left and yeah he'll be about 45 left there Oh comes another grenade Wow it's gotta go oh yeah a little bit short that was a that's fine he took away the the chance of going oh be on the right side with the you know those trees and the power power lines Billy just a little bit low just look like I kind of brushed that pot a little bit mm-hmm who looked like it was going in for a sec hey I could hide on it'll be right continuing the train puts him at 25 under par you know he's eight strokes ahead of Landon got 13 on Dylan now she's lost ropes yeah there's a lot of stories with only six holes left yeah yeah change your mindset at this point for these other players you know because it looks like kotas not gonna be letting up letting anything I asked ya could come back her from doing then we got Landon here for the par will tap-in we'll keep them at 17-under par and we are on the hole 16 this is a par 3 410 feet definitely plays for an intent feet for sure you really just want to miss this tree on the right side of the fairway most people will be throwing a hyzer around the right side of that and have it uh skip up to the basket yeah I'm just a pretty open hole looks like coat is taking a more straight approach at it and this is looking paint off very well y'all done see if linen and follow that it looks like he's taking a similar line yeah a little bit lower that needs to flex and he is gonna have a tap-in birdie yeah that's one of those flights were like you know it's either gonna cut roll or it's gonna be just barely enough angle for it to get the skip mm-hmm and fortunately he got it it's gonna be leaking a little bit left for Billy no and Linden really made a comeback in this tournament yeah second round he absolutely killed and he's doing really well in this bond round as well yeah don't everything shot from Dylan yeah a little bit higher than the other two yeah yeah worked out soon Billy's just kind of laying up here yeah and we got kota for the bird to go to 26 under and he converts yeah he's starting off the year in a great way yeah he's won Cedar Hills that was going at Cedar Hill was that his first tournament of 2013 I can't recall how that one that was his first big one I know that yeah took the dub yeah he ain't get birdie from Linda night he will move to 18 under par and Billy will hold at 9 hole 17 this is a par 3 339 feet once again very similar to the last hole you really just wanted to throw a hyzer around the right side of this tree you will also see a more straight approach like Coe done landed through on the last shot yep but yeah nothing too crazy about this whole no OB or anything like that yeah but surprisingly I mean it's almost like a bonus birdie for these guys so we have hardly seen any birdies on this hole yeah it's first of all it I really think it's over 400 feet I really yeah I do too I mean it's kind of downhill to like 339 downhill should be very good well it's like we played it and we thought it was far and then we're seeing these guys play which often they also have bigger arms than we do and I mean they're kind of struggling to get it there as well so well not this round not this round yeah Landon's put it right there should be able to get a 2 there just hiding the hallway and I was coming in hot yeah it was hopefully we'll have a look from back there his cards making it look more like 30 39 yeah is like a complete 180 from what we've seen yeah maybe the past cars were just really scared of overthrow okay yeah look at this yeah I'll know I mean that is a factor for sure yeah Kota oh man really great run from Kota and this is the second time Dillon's had to straddle out like this know me my name's he can dumb really good putt from doing Wow yes man he makes a putt they're just so pretty I'm so smooth and just straight beeline to the basket him and Billy to Billy's yeah yeah whatever he connects it looks awesome there's nothing like more pretty than a putt with like zero wobble oh yeah when it comes out and it's just spinning perfectly yeah looks like a Tom Brady pass yeah shout out Matt Matt yeah really good putt from Billy there too yeah another pretty putt I like them pretty putts there's a knee in the background we filmed him first around super nice funny guy you know I'm really salty go for tail crushes it it's really good roller game dude actually like during this round I was kind of watching him because he was caught ahead of us and he was making every putt dude yeah I noticed like to thank you know alright hole 18 it's pretty much just a hyzer over the right side of that a power line there nothing too crazy about it yeah if you go left in that woods it can get really difficult we saw we'd see on film but me and Gabe well actually this whole card was helping Steve trying to find his disc because he wouldn't weigh enough so and he ended up I think taking a I think he took a four but maybe not maybe it was a three I'm very no it was a four because he had to be T because we can find it oh yeah that's right it that's right yeah yeah great shot there that pole mean I what kind of gets in the way yeah give it I mean a mental in your head oh yeah it's right there it's like so I go right of it do I go left of it nope when we go right at it and I'm a hit it could have taken a little bit lower approach than what he had been doing yeah he was taking that Explorer really high on the super Hydra line but yeah I'm not sure what caused them to change that yeah give you another wind situation great putt that about land in putting him at 20 here's Cota from inside the bushes beautiful just catching right below the band here we got Billy for two we have something something's going on here yeah that's incited the circle putts for Billy yeah I think he's just wanting to get off this course good birdie from Dylan though I put in about 15 under par yeah really unfortunate par there by Billy being that close mm-hmm all right hole 19 this is a par-3 265 feet as you can see there's this gap right through here you really most people throwing a forehand through it and maybe with a tiny bit of flex with something really over stable or you can throw a dead straight shot at it as well Cota went over top with a Hummer yep I'm assuming we'll see him do that again yeah land injure looking at this for hands often for that that's probably what I would be doing as well it's gonna be about 40 feet with the kind of sketchy putt with that downhill mm-hmm looking nice from Dylan oh yeah a beautiful shot yeah looks like it's going on the top again and perfect yeah shout out Justin Roberson who goes over the top up brutally even if there's no trees he'll go over time I'll write it the hole over top of the fairway yeah fits within like if it's like a 400 foot shot or in he'll go tomahawk seems like and yeah just kind of that death pup I'll and and gave a good run though here is Billy for the two another scary putt we saw Steve hit the cage and roll straight in the water laughter that was so dirty that was so brutal yeah his bad dealing with just a little left side miss Cotto just stayin solid yeah not really making any mistakes and whatever he does he like the next hole he'll bounce right back you know at this point he's just trying to make it to 30 under yeah sure that's his goal right now yeah Kota has got a really good mental game as well yeah he does he never really seems to blow up you know yeah very composed you got to have a good mental game if you're 1,000 plus rated I absolutely mean that's all there is to it all right hole 20 par 3 this is a 291 foot downhill shot there is a little window in front of the basket here which most guys will be trying to hit there is also a backdoor route with a forehand as well so yeah this is a probably a musket for these guys I'd say yeah and the beauty of is you can really just kind of jam into those trees and just you're only left like 30 feet or even less than that cuz throwing that same dish that he threw last round he missed he missed the trees and missed everything and that's gonna be awkward ended up very deep like you said a couple holes go he'll probably find a way to find a gap right it's kind of leaking left for land in hopefully has an open shot from there yeah hopefully didn't know too deep yeah or else we'll be a it'll be a blind putt yeah with that right-to-left wind that's that's why these district kind of just slow again carry left and that's also gonna be I think that's gonna be more open though yeah it's it'll be more open but it is farther it's a downhill putt about 3540 feet maybe some turn on this kind of fortunate tree kick and he'll have a about a 30 footer from there yeah not the best set of drives we've seen on the sole I'm just throwing that just a little bit too high I mean last round he had a almost like the sickest straddle putt I've seen huh he was basically laying down on the ground heels so low Kota almost caning that from the sticks there and don't be tapping in for unfortunately bogey laying down height if anything sorry wrong way you're in fantastic dead center chains able move him to 21 under par and I think it's safe to say he is out right second yes making a comeback after that first round and Billy with a nice putt he's had a lot of really good putts outside of circles yeah or outside the circle but it's just like the the easy you know 15 20 footers he's been missing so he could be shooting a lot better than 11 down you know yeah I think Landon shot let's he shot a 57 he shot 14 strokes better between the first and second round Jesus yeah just really turned it up that second round all right hole 21 this is a par 3 240 feet last hole of the tournament I'm you're pretty much just throwing a spike hyzer around this fence here yeah we've seen oh I could stop there or get stopped we've seen a quite a bit of bad roll ways so I I'd almost like to take the like a flatter approach more directly straight at it with maybe a mid range but the spike hyzer horses well I just kind of dependency and that one kicked up and got a little bit of rolled you don't know you really got a hug that fence as close as possible in case you do get the roll you know here is Billy don't want that big Heiser he's hugging us Mikey wait oh wow just go through the wait what that okay that is a tiny little door in the fence and then there's another fence right behind that so he literally squeaked through a little two-foot window in his Obi Wow inside the tennis courts wow that's like nearly impossible to do that's incredible thank God that's all film like Wow yeah it's that's really unfortunate it can be an Obi stroke for him but the good thing is he'll be putting from about 15 feet so that is right by the basket you're doing the nice roll laying in through a really nice shot had a bad roll away and I was almost murdered the putt yeah and I remember Dylan walking up to the green and he asked you he was like so how did it end up down here yeah yeah literally yeah I told him it landed right next to the basket and here is the gap that Billy somehow found yeah he was stoked it was on film too he was like I'm so glad you guys are over right now because that is like an impossible shot right yeah that'll never happen again no I think leaned up as par yeah you won the tournament at 11-under par you got a Dylan trying to finish strong with the birdie nice landing get another way for kotas celebratory Tappan yep that's why he laid that up at that I wanted that he wanted that tap-in the champion step in and Congrats Kota Hatfield for just doing what he usually does yeah just absolutely tearing it up he played a great tournament anyways guys here is our announcement of the winner of the land a night Signature
