what's up guys welcome to the final round coverage of the 2019 winters last blast at Hillcrest Country Club in Vernon Texas so far we got Kota Hatfield just destroying the competition he has he even left a couple out there he's sitting at 19-under par Dylan balanced he's sitting at 12 and then Lane denied actually making a comeback after not-so-hot first round he is 10-under par and then we got Billy Engle once again on the card sitting at 7 yep hole 1 this is a par 5 898 feet once again you really just want to throw a straight bomb and hopefully have a decent look at the basket on your second shot for Eagle yeah you can try to play that right side you got a little bit easier of an upshot with the highs are out by a little bit sketchier with the road OB or you can just play the left side and play it all wide help here is Cota in it right now yeah and it is much warmer this round oh it's the previous day so yeah it was actually really pretty to stay not much wind at all really yeah I'm looking to see some some putts go down oh yeah he's doing just flexing it out there you know dealing how to really get around last round yeah he was puzzle going in yeah just the last few holes the putts weren't landing but yeah he made a move on Kota there for a second we got landing night making Lee card again yep and yeah you're not gonna see many rollers on this on this hole with the the hills that kind of mess it out of the elevation change it's hard to keep it accurate mm-hmm yeah this course is definitely roller friendly in general with the short grass and long holes at least earn a really nice shot here getting a lot of distance and Billy that was pretty far for how small he is yeah that's a great shot you're just Dillon lining up a forehand for his second shot that looks way high as airmailed believe it stays inbounds okay yeah Otacon with the roller with that bliss the pro surprised not see him rolling that st. proud oh yeah oh maybe maybe it goes farther and if he gets angle right its money home yeah yeah he does though that st. Pro way more for rollers yeah and it looks like that ballista didn't quite turn over like you wanted to and he'll be about pin-high easy birdie though yeah here's Billy after a nice Drive this is looking really know and I was tracking - yeah that looked like I was gonna skip up right up next to the basket yeah he had great height on that oh no that's gonna be leaking left not too far left though yeah but you wanted that to a knee all the way to the basket oh yeah yeah still easy birdie for Landon this is looking really nice it slows down oh wow and he is gonna be OB and he will be putting for five total with a nice up shot there's Billy after hitting that tree is a slow down and he sneaks back in bounds yeah he can't afford any Obie's at this point no he's got a lot work to do get up there by Landon yep he'll be able to tap in his birdie here's Billy for birdie I did get confirmation he that is an iPhone 8 plus yeah I did get confirmation nice and good putt by Billy good way to start the round wanted that Eagle yeah I did yeah yeah I mean this though like that lot of trees just really makes it very difficult to get that Eagle yeah it's hard to sneak it through there and the greens just really tricky cuz it's on that mound and you just have to hit it perfect or else it's gonna roll back behind right or take a skip like Dillon's did ya get part out by Dylan yep beasty was able to save it yeah he still got a chance to catch to catch Khoda yeah man Landon really yeah got 21 holes or 20 holes I guess after this that's a lot of golf Etta's oh man Kota just barely spits out for the bird yeah first part of the day it's always kind of tricky yep and he'll be losing his stroke to Landon and Billy it looks like oh yeah good birdie from Linden all right hole - this is a par 3343 feet as you can see initially there is a low-hanging tree on the left side here and then there's some little trees to the right so you just want to hit that center gap with a putter mid-range and just let it carry all the way down the hill to the basket we did see Steve manie's opt for the Flex forehand as well so that's that is definitely there looks like Landon is throwing just that yeah and there's that green that's OB left of the basket as well it's a little bit short of the basket - yeah so it's kind of hard to reach it yeah we saw Billy find that last round and this needs to turn yeah he did not get the turn and he has done that two rounds in a row and he's got a long par save mr. Westside discs himself don't explore a little bit too high yeah you really got to keep it low on that tee shot yeah and Dylan's only struggles this tournament it's really just been his punting in round one other than that I mean his drives been excellent shots been good mm-hmm and he really did have a good round last round yeah a little bit deep yeah that's faded out a little early on him and he's gonna be about 45 50 feet deep good work should be able to save par from there Dylan to get a stroke on Cota yeah just a little low it was land in from just outside the circle actually Oh nice putt slow it down great birdie going to four - yeah this is kind of Muscat for these guys yeah it really is it's got some things in the way that can make it con tricky but I mean the downhill straight putter shot you should be getting that absolutely and a bogey from Billy must have missed his putt on from the OB and Kota good par save we got Dylan to save his par jam and that thing in there he I was coming in hot yep all right at hole three this is a par 30 298 feet there is a backdoor route around the right side there is also a forehand line through this little gap between these trees we did also see Khoda throw a roller so dumb hand Barkat first round just barely win OB second round hope he does again I mean he probably will yeah he tried to second round two right yeah yeah yeah just barely one of the or I'll be over the bit look it's looking pretty good very good yeah yeah that high Sorrell it it looks will be easier from the tee box but yeah he's going over again but you are pushing that would be a bit more he put that a little bit wider than he did the first two rounds and it is paying off yeah he adjusted really well now oh nice dude that's insane No Oh heads up I think I remember that yeah it was a it was a card on the the that little shorty hole right behind ya yep yep you know yeah I didn't see this up and really yeah it almost hit land a night like square in the back of the head it happens I was like oh no this is looking nice from Dylan oh oh yeah he went a little bit too straight yeah usually doesn't get that much skip because there's that thick I forget what they're called yeah their leads though it just kind of stops the disc those great buoys that's that's what I call okay nice - good shot from Billy just a little bit short though he'll be about circles edge maybe outside the circle there oh I get good accuracy just little bit short yeah good bid Billy it's mean Dillon it's gonna be unfortunately taking a four that's not we wanted you that putter just hasn't heated up yet especially with Kota parked right there he's gonna lose two strokes and that's gonna put them nine strokes back yes that's not looking great no Codel with the color-coordinated discs in his back yeah yeah I know a lot people that do that yeah i io can have mine from like drivers on the left all the way down to my mids on the right yeah I do I do drivers and then lower speeds all the way down and then I do over stables to understand yeah I do over stable to under stable when it comes like the drivers but after that is just like I'm just tossing it in there something yeah all right hold for this is a par 4 720 three feet you really just want to throw as long as you can down this fairway you have to be careful of an early fade because it will end up OB over this car but you really just want to give yourself a look for your up shot there is a forehand line and then there's also a little hyzer line around the backside as well yeah and that tree right there I can really get in the way on your up shot so really got be careful yep there's Landon it's kind of like hole one where you're really just trying to pick where you want to approach from you know yep he's throwing one way out there that's getting full flex beautiful shot yeah great shot from Landon we got Koda keeping it a little bit lower this time yeah he had a horrible thriller last round over that yeah they're like bellows yeah I'm not sure we're sure if he was trying to throw a rule or not but that's why that word is just so great that well in case you don't know yeah but he threw a good shut this round but wasn't it on the right side it's gonna be a little bit tricky there yeah he's gonna be really close to that ref on that right side he's gonna throw like a slight turnover shop in there I believe yeah there might be a gap on that right side - yeah yeah the back door out so I'm gonna go on roller again broke out the same Pro this time he's a crazy guy oh and he is saved by the grass and he actually went OB right over there last round last round yeah yeah it was actually pin-high where he went out of bounds it just kind of ya up going but the grass saved him this time yeah killin just barely catching that tree sick he is a little bit of room for a hyzer oh yeah that's gonna be a little short yeah I'll just have to pitch up for a par yeah yeah yeah yeah some turn out of that and he wanted to go full Heiser mm-hmm that is the word I hate when that happens you know but he is still pin-high and we'll have a putt at it but he definitely wanted a guaranteed through here Codel it's a little higher up yeah it's kind of strange how we do that a driver like that how's this a blower it wasn't very far at all yeah it worked out for him yeah whatever you comfortable with yeah Billy oh good he had looked really good for a second his long putts are pretty unique see he likes to do like a slight aniion have you noticed that mm-hmm Landon yeah tail ones kind of shot it down a little bit up yeah he really wanted that one just gonna tap up for the par but at least it's not losing one to Dakota nope there we go Billy we have Dylan tapping in the part as well you'll be staying at 11 down code also staying at 20 all right we are on to hole 5 this is a par 3 it is 300 feet really the only danger is going to be the OB carrying all the way down the left side and then there also is a tree on the right side that is a little bit risky for the hyzer line but I mean it's not really at all you want to throw a mid or a fairway driver and just have it skip up to the basket yeah surprisingly we've seen quite a bit of Obi's in the soul so let's see if they can make some adjustments mm-hmm and he made the adjustment when it comes to staying in bounds but any wall short you just barely threw that too high I looked like it hit that last whim on the bottom there and this is how you play this hole yep here is Billy I don't know this sandwich oh don't go straight at it more so in the backfires yeah he found the EOB they really got to push that tree as close as possible on the right side mm-hmm yeah go shop I don't that'll work and then just pitching up yeah you can tell it's still a little bit windy yeah let me see that flag down beneath that basket mm-hmm and Billy's gonna have to be tapping in for for yep you're still in for birdie nice no great putt from doing not losing one Dakota nope he will be getting a stroke on land in playing for that second position spot yeah at this point yes yeah you never know you never know crazy things gonna happen yep got Billy for bogey and then I'll put him at 6-under par did you know last year Billy was pulling best caddy at GBL huh yeah I didn't know I don't know if he was the caddy for all the rounds but the round that I went and watched he was he was over there cat oh nice all right hole six this is a par three 320 feet you really just want to throw a hyzer out on the right side and have it skip up to the basket basically a longer version of the last hole but the forehand play really isn't in play because of the bushes and that tree on that left side so yeah yeah those bushes are very thick so do not go in there Coto with that hides your line in he's gonna be about 25 out this is looking nice from Dylan Oh Oh No he is in that like grind on the cage I don't think so but maybe it looked like it did all right well maybe did it landing going way wide and way high get off that tree okay went right in front of it okay yeah and he is about 10 15 feet yeah should be able to convert the birdie police taking the higher route as well and who good thing is Doug Doug up there did instead of skipping in there yeah shorter than you wanted but we'll see if he can win this putt there oh yeah that was a beautiful putt from Billy no wobble absolute sweet spot of the basket very nice this is Dylan in the ghillie suit though that was like right in his face yeah yeah really nice putt from dill in there that's awesome keeping pace with Landon and Cota if Cota can land this putt oh oh oh wait he can't yes barely throws it high yeah he's been putting so solid all round it's kind of weirding him miss any type of mm-hmm nice birdie by landing they're taking advantage of that Miss Popeye Cota in code unfortunate par there alrighty we are on the hole 7 this is a par 4 640 feet you're really just playing the hyzer wide right and you want to have have it hit this landing zone here because the whole fairway is an island basically yeah yeah it's an island yeah and a carp at the wraps around the basket which is makes the upshot pretty difficult - yeah you want to be careful going along in your upshot ideally you want a hyzer line so more right side on the fairway yeah is ideal but yeah yeah this is another hole that we've seen eat up a lot of players I think mostly just cuz like though the gusty winds out here you know yeah it's the first two rounds the the was pretty bad you're trying to throw something pretty forward make your upshot easier but you're also not trying to you know risk turning something over so that's really one of the few holes out here where we can see big numbers that's looking pretty good yeah got some good distance on that yeah that is the sweet spot of the fairway right there yep here we got Billy and that's me pushing that left side of it more be a three-shot it yeah here's Kota with that ballista Pro and this is looking fine it'll be a little bit more on that left side and that's kind of the plus of getting further up on that left side as you have that open gap that you saw coat it though yeah any XQ that perfectly great up shot from Landon as well I'll build yeah gonna be Heiser here I like it very nice yeah that's probably I would done too honestly because I think it looks a little bit closer than it really is from here mm-hmm and it's uphill one more uphill but it looks - yeah and landing or built or deal it doing yep deal it nice birdie by laying in there yep it's not a bonus birdie but it's it's a birdie you really want to go yeah oh no and don't see that too often not at all that was a super short putt yeah maybe that was one of those overconfident moments we just step up look at it and I've been there so many times and it's not a good feeling yeah it's this like embarrassing it oh it is like 15 feet in and in you're just like but the bad Marvel the bad part is it stays in your mind for like the next three holes yeah it happens or like turn into 40-footers you know exactly alright a whole eight this is a par three 474 feet carries way downhill and the basket is on top of this rock it's kind of jerry-rigged with some ratchet straps there as you can see the wind was blowing so they had to protect it from blowing over here yeah this whole probably play is more around for tan when he said some like that yeah definitely what a bit downhill yeah because yeah and he's had a very similar shot all three rounds mm-hmm just kind of hiding right in front of they're not really giving himself a good putt but an easy three yep he's landing and you actually had a nice birdie on this hole yourself I did you know you wouldn't like 40 or 30 X 30 deep and Ganapati yeah yeah good old Shrike shout out to Eric Rainey cuz oh yeah Eric Rainey who the Shrike he gave me in the it flew all the way down there yeah we found one Erik Randy's dish that Black Hawk course in Tulsa and we told them and he was just insanely excited about it yeah overly excited anyways Hardy's alright brought out about ten days and yes go ahead and pick though he was literally they're all like end of a team stamps yeah he was looking for he was out there with a stack of discs looking to replace the discs that we had and so that was cool yeah I was fine but good good shot by Billy there he'll just have to lay up for three though a two on this holes really a bonus you're getting a stroke on the field yeah scared me at first looks like through a way too high but we're just playing the hyzer yep Lynden good lay up there you want to tell them what happened with Steve manie's right before this I don't know I'd rather not okay Steve you're welcome we're just gonna pass through that although I really want to say it get up here and I mean even that can be a scary part with that yeah I mean that's a super elevated basket yeah it makes like the hit zone smaller with that cage right in your face smaller yeah well and these baskets they tend to have pretty tall cages have you noticed that with the dynamic ones yeah and actually you're disqualified from the tournament if you are not a skilled rock climber because uh you got to get your discs out ya better have some big germ type arms right all right hole 9 this is a par 3 335 feet it is very uphill more uphill than it looks here on camera but you really just wanted to throw a straight fairway driver up there we did see some people opt for the Big Sky Heiser over the tree on the right but that requires a lot of power so yeah we saw how to do the big Annie so yeah we've seen quite a bit stuff here yep the big Heiser is just really hard to push it all the way up there cuz you gotta play it really why to miss that tree that's what I'm doing that was not a decent shot there I'll have about a 45 footer crash out there about 30 feet out Cotto's going with the big posture this time yeah oh that's surprising yeah because he gave himself a good luck with that Explorer last round the last two rounds but gives him a good luck with that belissa yeah Wow yeah I think second round did he end up like 40 or 50 left I mean he was pin-high because a little bit left so maybe it was justin from that yeah and man what a shot from billy hill we need that so badly Dillon was a little bit longer than I thought oh man he's hit the cage so many times just so close really a perfect line just needed it few inches higher he's landing just a tad bit too high oh and he's got a bit of a comebacker jay-bez par save alright good hand it those are always a stressful yeah yeah comebacker it's just like it feels like it's twice as far as it really is yeah here's Cota for the two not surprised there good birdie from coda that will put him eight strokes ahead of landing and nine strokes ahead of Dylan now giving himself a really nice cushion going into this into these last 11 holes yeah he's used to separating from people yeah all right Holton this is a par-5 longest hole in the course it is 1134 feet that disguisting raised it yeah a driving range hole you got the yardage signs line throughout and you pretty much just want to throw three bombs and hope to have a look at your birdie yeah there's not really any danger on this hole I mean there's a couple trees later on down the fairway but yeah you're really just trying to show off some distance here and that it's what code is doing it looks like that'll work yeah I shot that's turning needs to flex back and it got a little bit of flex back on it and that's fine yeah you don't really see the roller on this hole because those signs we saw a couple people hit the signs on the roller and then there's also a bunch of golf balls there's all so like this it's always there's a lot of things going on yeah the chance you're gonna hit a golf ball is pretty high on a roller and it's just gonna stop it yeah so that's why these guys are opting for the big air shots I didn't think about that honestly I was talking about the signs but yeah our golf balls everywhere yeah we got koto in the second shot or Nothing land laying down on the second shot just own a massive high flexure and oh just barely hits the green he still got quite a bit distance though yeah didn't hurt too much Billy says looking turned over and yeah yep got a lot of work to do I didn't throw and trying to flex it yeah he's flexing it it's good shot yeah staying right in the middle and he'll have a pretty clear look at the basket no trees in the way right there the cut has been going drive drive roller that's what he's been doing yeah and it's been working second round one little bit deep but first round he put it like right under it yeah and that has super low and I don't yes I don't know what's going on with Billy right now but it's gotta make some adjustments yeah here's Landon gonna try and throw what's going on I like shot I like it it's gonna be fading out a little bit early yeah and it's quite a bit left yeah he almost got pain high there but he'll be about 100 feet left yeah I just be pitching up in there here we got Dillon's third shot Oh us heading for that card over there okay yeah that's that is then almost to the next tee pad but he got close he won't really have a look for birdie but I'll be able to lay up and here it is again sticking to the game plan you know that's gone deep as well way deep yeah like like really deep yeah like a hundred feet plus T yeah and he will just be laying up for par yep Billy is he trying to sneak it in earlier taking the back door out he's me right behind that tree but we've got 20 feet out and when whoa help the cage almost throws it in look at that oh man hit the bottom of the cage yeah we saw half a foot higher yeah we saw Billy Engle just smash the chains on that the pond who I don't know which what hole that is exactly the one we throw of the pond he just smashed it and it came right back out literally every single chain touched it and then spat it back out and Dylan just had that tree and those branches to contend with don't be tapping him deep are and nice par state by Billy after that a kind of a shank of a third shot yeah ooh that one wanted to come back out they said all pars here yeah the start bar landed almost with the throw in birdie I've been sick yeah all right that is gonna conclude the front 10 of the final round of the 2019 winters last and last coda Hatfield strongly holding that lead make
