It's moving day at the 44th Kansas City Wide Open presented by Grip EQ. We are at Bad Rock Creek Disc Golf Course in Liberty, Missouri for another beautiful day of disc golf. Look at the leaderboard. Hannah Blamus with a one-shot lead over Scoggins and Salin. That's some good width there. It's just got to hit the brakes. >> Thought it was going to hit the brakes in the basket for a second. >> Take another look at the upshot from Klein. Says, "Your premium performance replay by Grip EQ." And wow, I didn't realize that it hit the cage when we first saw that. What a shot from Klein. Feels like she was in an identical spot yesterday. >> Almost puts it in. >> Throwing darts out here. It's got to get up. birdie putt. Oh yeah. And she picks up where she left off yesterday to the second lamus. Oh my. >> Can we get a metal hit counter in the corner of the screen? >> We got some fireworks to start this morning. Gosh, >> Zuka replay. This takes a little nose grind off the cage. >> Oh my gosh. >> Jen Allen lining up her second at the par five fourth. Look out. >> Is that going to come all the way out? >> Wow. >> Yes. She is just outside circle one. >> Uh not nearly as kind as it was yesterday. It's pretty much a straight right left right to left wind. So on any of these hisers, you're going to have to worry about the wind getting under it and pushing it towards that OB left. Third shot for Canon. >> Go in a little bit short to get to the top of the hill on the drive. Genanon putting for birdie. Gets it to go. Two down through four. >> Punches through >> and gets some distance and rolls out to the gap. Huge T-ot from Salamon. >> Hannah's second. Oh my. >> Oh, terrible reaction off the rocks. One inch higher. And that probably skips up to circle one. 360 ft to the basket. And some room to work on this left side. She goes long circle one. Some eagle putts coming up for our lead card. First up, Scoggins for the birdie. >> Yes. Eagle bid for Salin at the Circle's Edge. Gave it a real run. Well, it's going to be our first birdie of the day. She's giving herself a lot of opportunities. Tap in birdies for the rest of the card. And we are going to have a star frame here at the fourth. Oh, it's that >> big tree. >> So Allan now for birdie. >> She's tied for sixth. Four for four start for Henna Blumbers. Oh, that's a thing of beauty. Oh my gosh. And that was a favorable skip off the rock. That's nice. >> Gorgeous. What a shot from Sarnon. Picture perfect turnover. She's going to have the second birdie of the weekend. >> Third for Scoggins. >> QUICK BY CHANGE. >> And it does, but bounces out left side. >> How? We need the metal counter. >> What? I'm telling you, put it on the screen. >> Someone's got to be making it right now. This is ridiculous. >> Is that our fourth metal hit from outside? 150. >> How many did we have yesterday? This is we're approaching 10 on the weekend that we've just seen on camera so far. >> That could have caught. >> Allen >> jams it for her fourth birdie in the last five holes. Anybody's game. You just have to show up and execute. Oh, what a dime. >> Scoggins circle to birdie. Look. >> Another one. >> Henna for birdie. Straddling around the tree and dropping it into the basket. Fifth birdie of the day. Hannah. >> Very nice from Blumus just outside the bullseye. Another circle two birdie opportunity for Scoggins. This from 55. >> Yes. >> What is that whistle in the background? Is that a bird that was excited to see that putt? >> That's the birdie woodpecker. >> Oh, I love the birdie woodpecker. Here's Missy Ganon for birdie at the 11th. >> Come on. Come on. >> Oh yeah. >> Backto back birdies for Ganon. >> And she's tied for second. Chance to save the par here. Circle's edge. >> Yes. Wow. There is a confidence in the putt that looks completely new from anything we've seen before from Henna for at least 5 years. Holland >> gets it to go. Fourth straight birdie for Hanley. >> Paul Hanley >> coming off four straight birdies. puts it inside the circle and she loves it. >> Hanley charging. >> Oh, we get to the final four holes of the course and a lot of players birdieing quite a few of those. So, she's birdied 10 through 14, which is really impressive. This is a very big shot for Missy to try to get to circle one. >> Second to check up in time. Oh, what a shot from Missy Ganon. Beautiful. >> Got it back to edge and actually flared towards the basket. >> Henna, now with this approach shot that this distance is the thing you practice in a field. You're at a little less than 200. You need to throw something straight and flat just like that. She's got 15 to go. >> Klesber for birdie. >> Gets it at the 15th. Fantastic putt. >> 55footer for Cintia. >> It's your one shot replay. >> You don't find yourself back there too often. That is a great recovery from back there. Yeah, that's an elementary mistake. I don't care if it's a straddle forehand and you don't normally throw those. That's 150 ft. >> Silva. Oh my >> beautiful off the koozie. >> So under control and compact when she throws those stand stills. >> And speaking of wish, look at this one. >> Highle disc golf shots. >> Salin Interesting choice for Henna in that she's got a lead to play with. She doesn't need to get too aggressive here. >> But I guess when you're feeling it, feel it, baby. She just put that to 10 ft. >> Owen, >> got it. saves the bar. >> What could be next? Could we be talking about a player of the year season from Hannah Blums? >> Raven Klein, >> maybe the putt of the round. >> Handley's third. No birdies yet at the 18th today. Top cards of course yet to come through. That settles down and circle one birdie putt coming up for Handley. >> Fourth for Merch at the 18th. >> Oh my gosh. >> Metal counter >> 11 or thereabouts. Look at this one. and no throwins. >> This would put Holland in solo second place >> and be the first birdie of the day at the 18th. Gets it. >> So what a back nine for Holland Handley. Six under in the back. Duna in great position to attack for birdie. She's got that left for a birdie and a share of second. >> Great shot from Sarn. She's going to have that for birdie. Let's test Scoggin's distance up the hill. Come on. >> And she bases it. >> Beautiful shot from Own. >> Right guys, >> scoring got her listed as putting for par right now, but that's going to be a six. So gives one back. Sarn taps in for the birdie. Just the third of the day >> and Scoggins makes it number four. >> Hannah Blomus excellent once again. Tomorrow it's Hannah's tournament to lose, but she's not impervious to pressure. And I'm excited to watch someone like Holland, an experienced champion on the tour, and Sophia, Donica, and own going after her. I can't wait. It's going to be a great round. Hi onskin.
